In recent years,China 's economic and social development,industrial structure adjustment and technological progress have brought new challenges to the reform and development of vocational education.And put forward higher requirements for the connotation construction of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation.The most important part of the deep integration of production and education and the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises is the development of school-enterprise cooperation curriculum.However,there are various problems and obstacles in the actual school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development.This study takes the subject of school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development in secondary vocational schools as the research object,and interprets the development process and guarantee mechanism of the BEST project course jointly developed by School J and BMW.Then use the questionnaire and interview research methods to investigate the school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development of secondary vocational school teachers,students,principals and business leaders,and analyze the problems existing in school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development: the enthusiasm of enterprises for participating in school-enterprise curriculum development is not high,the concept of school-enterprise cooperative development curriculum is biased,teachers and experts have many obstacles to participate in curriculum development,the resources for school-enterprise cooperation curriculum development are insufficient,and the school-enterprise cooperation lacks a stable and long-term guarantee mechanism,etc.And analyze the cause of the problem from the level of government,enterprise,school,etc.Finally,aiming at the causes of the lack of strong regulation and supervision by the government,the lack of internal driving force of the active participation of the enterprise,and the lack of overall awareness of the school leadership.Combined with the successful experience of J school and BMW enterprises in developing the BEST project curriculum,the corresponding solutions are put forward:(1)Increase the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in curriculum development,(2)Establish a curriculum development concept that focuses on reality and the needs of students,(3)Establish a specialized school-enterprise cooperative curriculum development teacher team,(4)Fully develop and share school-enterprise cooperative curriculum development resources,and(5)Improve the interactive communication and guarantee mechanism for curriculum development.
