With the development of society and the promotion of educational reform,the problem of implementing "establishing morality and cultivating people" to improve students' core literacy has become an important mission of today's this educational reform.The reform of basic education needs the support and participation of colleges and universities.Electrochemistry is not only one of the important contents of chemistry teaching in middle school,but also an important learning content related to college chemistry and production and life.Therefore,this study chooses primary battery teaching in middle school as the starting point and students' extracurricular activities as the carrier to explore how to use the results of electrochemical research to optimize primary battery teaching in middle school.The electrochemical research results used in this study are mainly from literature and university laboratories,and the main way to optimize teaching is to carry out relevant lectures and experimental activities in students' extracurricular activities.The main work of this study is as follows:(1)through the study of foreign literature about primary battery in recent years,two lectures,"exploring the Mystery of Battery" and "Development of Lithium Ion Battery",are designed and presented.After iterative optimization,a relatively mature lecture note ppt is formed.(2)through the analysis and literature study of the key laboratory resources of Electrochemistry Province of South normal University,the activities for middle school students to enter the chemistry laboratory of colleges and universities("zinc-air battery experiment" and "lithium-ion battery experiment")and middle school experiment activities based on literature("fruit batteries" "power small motor" and "aluminum-air battery experiment")were designed and implemented.(3)form the research conclusion by collecting the feedback and analysis of the above activities.The conclusions are as follows:(1)it is feasible to optimize primary battery teaching in middle school by using literature and university laboratory resources as electrochemical research results.(2)the practical way of using electrochemical research results to optimize primary battery teaching in middle school can be popular science lectures and experimental activities,which can be carried out in extracurricular activities.(3)the key elements to improve popular science lectures andexperimental activities are utilizing methods of "content selection","interactive design","teamwork" and "resource allocation".Finally,the paper reflects on the deficiency of the research.
