| The successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games in China has promoted the development of ice and snow sports.Speed skating has a long history in China and is one of the main events of ice and snow sports.Driven by the activities of "300 million people on ice and snow" and "millions of young people on ice and snow",more and more young people participate in speed skating.With the increase of the number of participants,safety issues are particularly important.Speed skating The uniqueness of ice determines that it is easy to cause risk events in the process of sports.There are unpredictable risks in speed skating,which will cause different degrees of negative effects on clubs,coaches and young students.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the sports risk and prevention of Harbin youth amateur speed skating as the research object,identifies each risk in the youth amateur speed skating through the risk management theory,evaluates the risk on the basis of each risk identification,and according to the wind The result of risk assessment analyzes the risk prevention,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures according to the results,so as to reduce the occurrence of injury accidents and the economic losses,and provide certain reference for the amateur speed skaters,coaches and clubs.And the following conclusions are obtained through processing statistics:1.According to the analysis of the risk factors that affect the safety of speed skating and the classification of the sports risk sources of speed skating club,the risk sources are mainly composed of four aspects: students,coaches,clubs and environment.2.The age of coaches in Harbin speed skating club shows the characteristics of youth.The professional situation,sports experience and educational background of coaches are at a high level,which is conducive to the learning of students.Most coaches think that the risk of speed skating is high,and they attach importance to safety education in Teaching.3.Students of Harbin speed skating club learn to skate mainly for the purpose of personal interests,sports middle school entrance examination and physical fitness.Young students of 40.23%,have been injured,and the risk rate of boys is higher than that of girls,the injury rate of low training years is higher,the injured parts are mainly lower limbs,ankle,knee,hip,waist and wrist are injured more frequently,most of them learn to skate The staff have the consciousness of maintaining the ice skate.4.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the club,it is found that the management system of the club is not perfect,most of the clubs do not provide accident personal insurance for the club students and lack of relevant safety tips;the ice problem in the club environment has the greatest impact on the safety,and there are unreasonable phenomena in the space and venue.5.The risk assessment of Harbin youth amateur speed skating adopts the method of List Ranking to calculate the risk amount of each risk factor.Combined with Pareto analysis,it studies from the aspects of students,coaches,clubs and environment,analyzes the primary and secondary factors that affect the sports safety,and finds out the main factors that affect the speed skating risks under the influence of each factor.6.Risk response is mainly studied from risk prevention and risk transfer.Risk prevention includes that the club should strengthen the safety management and the safety education consciousness of the athletes and coaches,and the coaches should constantly improve their professional comprehensive ability and their professional level.Risk transfer mainly uses insurance to reduce economic losses,and transfers losses and economic consequences related to losses to relevant insurance companies through insurance to give full play to the function of insurance. |
