MOOC has the characteristics of large-scale,online and open,and provides abundant high-quality online learning resources,it also attracts a large number of learners and becomes a new online learning mode.However,after experiencing the initial stage of enthusiasm,it gradually showed its own shortcomings,mainly including high user turnover rate,low completion rate of schoolwork,difficult process supervision,insufficient learning motivation,lack of learning depth and other problems.A large part of the reason lies in the lack of communication and interaction between learners.MOOC discussion board is the main place for MOOC learners to communicate and interact.However,through studying literature,we can find that there are several phenomena in the interaction of discussion board.Second,forum posts often brush,repeat the situation of posting.Third,the discussion area of the post there are different learning post content cross or similar situation.Fourth,there are more posts with simple replies and casual approval in the discussion area.Therefore,in order to optimize the interaction of the discussion area,it is necessary to study the interaction of the discussion area and the strategy to optimize the interaction of the discussion area.For this,based on the exploring community theory,this study constructed the MOOC discussion interactive type frame,used MAXQDA for Chinese university MOOC national fine-designed course "the informatization leadership" parts of the forum to post content analysis,and found that when MOOC learners interact in the discussion area,the main manifestations are that the interactive content is too simple,it is lack of two-way communication and emotion expression and experience sharing.In view of the above situation,this study proposes optimization strategies from the perspectives of MOOC learners,the course team and the MOOC platform.For MOOC learners,it is necessary to improve their informatization ability and actively participate in the course communication.Strengthening their critical thinking ability is also important.For the course team,the leading role of the course team should be given play to.Guiding the learners to engage in critical dialogue cannot be ignored.The scientific evaluation mechanism should be established.The agenda topic exchange discussion posts should be published,and the post management should be strengthened.In view of the MOOC platform,we should clearly divide the sections,support various ways of expression,and adjust the performance assessment scheme of discussion boards.
