Under the current quality-oriented education background,it has become one of the goals of basic art education to cultivate children’s art quality which is beneficial to their lifelong development.Due to the current situation of the segmented education in kindergarten and primary school as well as the independent training system for young teachers,the problem of the good connection between the two courses has attracted more and more attention.For art education,the high quality linking of different courses has become an important guarantee to promote the continuous development of children’s art literacy.Based on the promotion of the sustainable development of children’s art experience,this study puts forward the necessity of the connection of young art through the comparative analysis of the current situation of the implementation of young art curriculum,and conducts an investigation and research on the connection quality of young teachers’ art curriculum.The self-compiled questionnaire questionnaire on the current situation of young teachers’ art curriculum cohesion literacy was used as a research tool,and a certain number of kindergarten teachers and elementary school art teachers in N city were taken as the research objects to understand the current situation of young teachers’ art curriculum cohesion literacy,the ways to improve and the current demand for improvement.Based on this,some Suggestions and strategies are put forward in order to further strengthen the young art connection,improve the young teachers’ art curriculum connection quality,and promote the continuous development of children’s art experience.In this study,the research on young teachers’ art curriculum cohesion includes three parts: the first part is explicit cohesion,which directly refers to the young teachers’ art curriculum cohesion.It includes young teachers’ concept of art curriculum cohesion,cohesion knowledge(that is,teachers’ understanding of each other’s art curriculum and children’s art experience),cohesion and practice ability.Based on the unique characteristics of fine arts,teachers’ own professional quality of fine arts is a key factor affecting the development of children’s art experience.Therefore,the second part is the implicit cohesive quality,which points to the teachers’ art professional quality.It includes teachers’ art discipline accomplishment and art education accomplishment.The third part is about the way to improve the young teachers’ connecting quality of art courses and the current demand.It includes teachers’ participation in young art bridging activities,ways to improve the professional quality of art and the current demand.Through the investigation,it can be found that there are still many differences and deficiencies in the implementation of the art curriculum in the two periods of young teachers,and there are also differences in the linking quality of the art curriculum among young teachers.In the aspect of explicit cohesion literacy: young teachers have a good concept of cohesion in art curriculum,and their cohesion knowledge and practical ability need to be strengthened.Implicit cohesion literacy: art teachers in primary schools have higher art professional literacy than preschool teachers on the whole.Through a series of correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that teachers’ art discipline quality and cohesion concept are the important factors affecting young teachers’ art curriculum cohesion practice.Compared with preschool teachers,most art teachers in the lower grades of primary schools have the experience of joining curriculum activities.In the need of improving literacy,the explicit literacy needs of young teachers are the same,all of which indicate that they need to further improve the cohesion concept and the practical ability of curriculum cohesion.In the demand for the improvement of tacit cohesion literacy,preschool teachers show more diversified demands.At the same time,in view of the current situation of young children’s segmented education,young teachers all hope to deepen their understanding of the current situation of each other’s art courses by strengthening communication and communication so as to better link up the young art courses.Finally,based on the current situation of the questionnaire survey,the researcher puts forward some Suggestions from the aspects of pre-service training and post-service development to improve the young teachers’ art curriculum cohesion,so as to provide support for the realization of young art cohesion and the promotion of the continuous development of children’s art experience.
