In recent years,countries continue to pay attention to preschool education,different parts according to the unified arrangement of the State Council,has carried out the first phase,the second phase and the third phase of the action plan for three years of preschool education.Preschool education reform work obtained the good effect,teachers team construction strengthened graduall,but the preschool education is still the weak link in the education system.It’s influenced by e many factors as teachers’ shortage,professional attraction is not strong,the amount of public kindergartens,at low ratio of teachers,professional were not higher and so on,the mobility of kindergarten teachers is obvious.Research on the mobility of preschool teachers is needed to adapt to the society and the education development.It is also very meaningful for the overall team construction of preschool teachers.First of all,the mobility of kindergarten teachers in Quzhou City K district has the following characteristics: the mobility intention of non-registered kindergarten teachers far exceeds the mobility intention of registered kindergarten teachers;the mobility intention of preschool teachers with high education is higher than that of preschool teachers with low education;the length of preschool teachers’ teaching years is inversely proportional to their floating intention.;the salary level of preschool teachers is inversely proportional to their floating intention.Second,analyzing the public kindergarten teachers’ flow of the current situation in Quzhou City K district,found the main factors which influence the mobility of the following: the government support is insufficient,the relevant legal system of the teacher no elaboration to the field of early childhood education;early childhood teachers in title evaluation;salary;training;further education exists in such aspects as incomplete and imperfect legal system;the teacher training and management system of public kindergartens are not perfect;social recognition to be improved;preschool teachers have high work pressure and low professional identity.Finally,it worked out effective measures for the reasonable mobility of teachers in public kindergartens in the K District of Quzhou City: maximize the use of the government’s regulatory role to promotethe continuous improvement of the education system,improve the job satisfaction of preschool teachers;increase the construction of public kindergartens,expand the number of staff appropriately and improve the public kindergarten teacher guarantee system.
