Collective job-hopping is one of the phenomena that have attracted much attention from the corporate and academic circles in recent years.As a relatively special phenomenon of personnel mobility in corporate organizations,it has become more frequent in the labor market.At present,the mainstream collective job-hopping research focuses more on the influencing factors and process of job-hopping,the process of group interaction and the theoretical research level of decision-making mechanism,but is relatively scarce in terms of manager team employment evaluation and empirical research.This kind of research perspective may have a certain dislocation relationship in solving theoretical research and practical problems,and faces certain challenges.This study takes K12 private education and training franchise chain enterprises and the Z manager team as the research objects of corporate organization and collective job hopping.It starts from the aspects of manager team employment evaluation,collective job hopping factors and processes,interaction process,decision-making mechanism,etc.Reasons,analysis and countermeasures;the introduction of manager team competency maturity model in the evaluation of manager team employment,combined with industry characteristics,re-investigation and empowerment,K12 private education and training franchise chain enterprises have a certain degree of manager team employment evaluation The theoretical research significance and practical enlightenment effect of the research is a more meaningful entry point to deal with this challenge.This thesis uses literature research,questionnaire interviews,case analysis and other research methods,through representative cases of S company,B company,A company and Z manager team,from different levels of manager team,company owner and human resources,etc.From the perspectives of different stakeholders,explore the reasons behind the collective job-hopping of K12 private education and training franchise managers,propose coping strategies,apply theoretical research to practice,and discuss manager team job-hopping and manager careers from the perspective of multi-stakeholders,Team life cycle,corporate development vision and the correlation between the industry evolution path,in order to achieve the maximum matching and balance,and achieve the healthy and healthy development of the manager team,the enterprise and the industry.Finally,summarize the conclusions of this research,summarize the deficiencies in the research and the prospects for the future.
