Research results:(1)The height(P<0.05)and weight(P<0.05)of male postgraduate students(hereinafter referred to as male)were significantly higher than that of female postgraduate students(hereinafter referred to as female)(P<0.05),and the height(P<0.05)and weight(P<0.05)of physical education major students were higher than that of non-physical education major students of the same sex.(2)Daily energy consumption(P<0.05),weekly exercise time(P<0.05),and total energy consumption(P<0.05)of 7 days were higher than those of girls in boys.The daily energy consumption of moderate physical activity(P<0.05)and daily sleep time(P<0.05)of 27-year-old boys were higher than those of other age groups.(3)Ahe muscle mass and fat removal weight of male students were higher than those of female students(P<0.05),and the percentage of body fat was lower than that of female students(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the body composition of postgraduates of the same sex at different ages(P>0.05).(4)Among the postgraduates of different genders,there was a positive correlation between male students' fat removal weight and daily energy consumption of middle and high physical activity,weekly exercise time and total energy consumption of 7days(P<0.05).Body fat percentage and waist-to-hip fat ratio were positively correlated with daily sedentary time,and negatively correlated with daily energy consumption of medium-high intensity physical activity,weekly exercise time,and total energy consumption of 7 days(P<0.05).(5)Body composition indexes of physical education majors and non-physical education majors were positively correlated with total energy consumption in 7 days(P<0.05),and total energy consumption per unit weight in 7 days was not statistically significant with body composition indexes of physical education majors and non-physical education majors(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The basic form of male students is better than that of female students,and the basic form of physical education majors is better than that of non-physical education majors.(2)Energy consumption of male students is higher than that of female students;There were differences in energy consumption and sleep time of boys of different ages.(3)due to sex hormones and physical activity,the muscle index of boys is higher than that of girls,and the fat index is lower than that of girls.There was no aging trend in male and female body composition.(4)High and medium physical activity daily energy consumption,weekly exercise time,and total energy consumption in 7 days are positive factors to promote boys' fat loss and weight growth,and are important factors to inhibit girls' body fat percentage and waist-to-hip fat ratio.(5)Total energy consumption in 7 days is a positive factor to promote the growth of girls' fat removal weight,muscle mass and skeletal muscle.Daily sedentary time is an important factor in promoting body fat percentage and waist-to-hip fat ratio of girls.
