With the development of modern war,the complex battlefield environment puts forward higher and higher requirements for the military human body.Under the guidance of the goal of building a strong army,the development of military physical training is based on the actual combat,task oriented,scientific theory as the guidance,according to the operational needs and post needs.Physical training is not only the cornerstone of physical movement,but also carries other important decisive elements of war at the micro level.From the perspectives of training cycle arrangement,effectiveness of training process control,recovery situation and assessment needs,the study analyzes the military sports training schedule,which is being implemented.The analysis focuses on the structure of training subjects,measurement and analysis of training load volume effect relationship,control of training interval time,etc.,and analyzes the existence of the original training scheme:(1)design of training scheme content There are obvious traces of randomness,and the stability of training cycle is poor;(2)In terms of the quantity effect relationship of training,there is also the idea that the larger the exercise load arrangement is,the greater the benefit will be;(3)the structure of training content is not rich,and there are many cross items in content design;(4)the control of training interval time is not paid much attention,and the randomness of control is large,and there is no planned target Sex and flexibility;(5)the sequence of training items is not reasonable;(6)the training of speed quality,flexibility and sensitivity coordination quality is not paid much attention to,which accounts for a small proportion in the overall training content.According to the problems existing in the original training program and the assessment subjects and requirements specified in the assessment program,the intervention program was designed and the training process was intervened.The results were compared with the results of the subjects measured before the intervention and the following results were obtained:1.In the subject of horizontal bar pull-up,the difference between theexperimental group and the control group before and after the intervention was highly significant(P < 0.01),and the average score of the experimental group after intervention reached the qualification(5)standard of pull-up subject,indicating that the training program of the experimental group achieved greater training benefits in this index;2.In the subjects of arm flexion and extension of parallel bars,the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention was highly significant(P < 0.01),and the average score of the experimental group after intervention had reached the standard of six subjects of arm flexion and extension of parallel bars,indicating that the training program of the experimental group has obtained greater training income on the index;3.In the subject of 3000 m running,the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention was highly significant(P< 0.01),and the average score of the experimental group after intervention was in the excellent range,and the average score of the control group after intervention was in the qualified range,which indicated that the training program of the experimental group obtained more training benefits;4.In terms of sit up subjects,the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention was highly significant(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the intervention(P > 0.05).After the intervention,the mean scores of the two groups were in the same score range,indicating that the original training program can continue to be used in this index;5.On the subject of basic physical fitness combination 1(pitching bridge +T-type running),the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention was highly significant(P < 0.01),the difference between the two groups after the intervention was highly significant(P < 0.01),and the performance of the experimental components was in the excellent range,and the average performance of the control components was in the pass range,indicating that the training program of the experimental group was in this range The training benefiton the index is greater;6.On the subject of basic physical fitness combination 2(back bridge + 30 m × 2turn back running),the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention was highly significant(P < 0.01),and the difference between the two groups after the intervention was significant(P < 0.05),and the average score of the experimental group was in the excellent range,and the average score of the control group was in the qualified range,which indicated that the training program of the experimental group was in the excellent range In terms of indicators,it has gained more training benefits.From the perspective of intervention effect,the training program of the experimental group has good training effect on five subjects,namely,the horizontal bar pull-up,the parallel bar arm flexion and extension,3000 m run,basic physical fitness combination 1(forward bridge + T-type run),and basic physical fitness combination 2(back bridge + 30 m × 2 turn back run).The training effect advantage on the sit up subject is not obvious,leaving more space for thinking in the follow-up intervention program design.
