Children are hyperactive and skipping a lot,which is caused by children's nature.Rhythmic activity is a body movement following the melody of music.The purpose is to bring children freedom,liveliness,cheerfulness,happiness,nobility and simplicity during the education.For the children of migrant workers in preschools,it can not only remedy the insufficiency of family music training,but also develop their rhythmic ability fully.Besides,it also improves children's psychological problems and optimizes peer relationship.This paper studies 31 senior toddlers as research objects in D kindergartens,Shanghai suburbs.From the observation of field record and video,and interview with teachers,analyze the important examples,we realize that it may occur rhythm ability development problems among migrant children's movement,music,and peer collaboration.The unreasonable facts also exist in carrying out targets,contents and types of rhythm teaching activities in current classes.According to the problems and demands of research objects,we promote three-round motion studies to improve the ascension movement ability,understand music elements,and grasp the collaboration strategy,respectively.With the variety of teaching strategies in scenario generation into the experience,model demonstration,multimedia demonstration,experience rousing,we implement a three-round spiral progressive process of "stimulate interest-awaken potential-increases the ability " to improve the rhythm ability of the migrant children.The motion study shows that fine environment and materials are helpful to mobilize the participation.The improvement of children's rhythmic ability depends on the preparation experiences.The power of example and the professional demonstration demonstrate the leading effect to the promotion of children's rhythmic ability.The energetic emotion experience will arouse the children's potential rhythmic ability.Toddlers show obvious sense of cooperation during activities.Based on the results of the study and rethinking,this paper provides some feasible suggestions for teachers to promote the development of the children's rhythmic ability in the future,design the rhythmic environment and provide appropriate materials according to the toddler's original experience,train their rhythmic ability penetrating the preschool's whole life,catch the opportunity to give children with beneficial support,create a warm and loving emotional atmosphere,and develop diversified group cooperation to highlight the "group soul" in the collaboration.
