Migrant workers are important force for urban development. While creating social wealth, they are molding themselves. They try their best to integrate into the city life and narrow the gap between them and "the urban people". However, as too many discouragements exist, they have no choice but accept the reality. We cannot deny that migrant workers are still a disadvantaged group in today’s society. And female migrant workers are "a disadvantaged group" within this disadvantaged group. According to statistics, the number of female migrant workers is very large currently. Has become a force of social development can not be ignored, Unfairness in reality and sex factors etc. have made them real "aphasiacs". More attention should be paid to this special group.Taking Xianzhou District, Zhuhai City as an example, investigating and analyzing life, work, psychologic condition and social status of female migrant workers, Draw the basic reality of the situation of women of women migrant workers,making use of other scholars’s research results on female migrant workers’employment, right and interest protection as well as living condition, taking that female migrant workers should achieve all-round development to change their own fate as the starting point and regarding The Program for the Development of Chinese Women (2011-2020) as the original version, this essay expounds the significance of all-round development of female migrant workers and probe methods to promote all-round development of women migrant workers from the following seven aspects:health, education, economy, social insurance, environment and law. Thereby, we can protect the legal right and interest of female migrant workers, optimize their development environment and upgrade their social status, so that they can share the achievements of reform and opening-up equally.
