The Ministry of Education issued the General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),which requires students to understand the core concepts of biology.Biology is formed by a large number of basic concepts as background knowledge building.A large number of studies show that people construct new knowledge and deeply understand new knowledge based on existing knowledge.Learning is not a simple accumulation of information,but a new knowledge structure is formed by reorganizing the existing knowledge experience with the knowledge absorbed from the learning environment.In traditional teaching,teachers often ignore it,which requires students to constantly repeat and strengthen their memory of scientific concepts,aiming at the blind and inefficient problems of current lectures,and helping teachers to accurately acquire prestudent concepts In order to design the teaching experiment and create the derivative content,the author aims to solve the problems related to how to investigate the students' preconcept,what teaching strategies and methods to adopt,provide effective teaching design,adjust and transform the students' original concept.Secondary students are a group of students in the middle state in the teaching body,which has the characteristics of large number,large scale,easy differentiation and complex cognitive structure.This study,combined with the relevant research at home and abroad,selected the2004 edition of human education edition of senior high school biology compulsory three chapters 1,2 human homeostasis The preconcept survey of secondary students was carried out in relation to regulation.In the course of the research,we first use the literature research method to collect the relevant literature on the concept and concept transformation before consulting,to define the related concepts such as preconcept and academic ability,and to determine the research methods and investigation methods.Using the method of diagnostic test,interview method and questionnaire method,the first and second grade students of Shijiazhuang 41 and second grade students of Shijiazhuang 41 Middle School and Nangang Middle School on the preconcept related to the regulation of human homeostasis and life activities.),found out The preconcepts of students with equal learning ability have universal commonness,among which the missing level of "neural regulation" related concepts is the most complex and diverse.The preconcept situation of middle school students in different regions is similar,and the students still have the concept deficiency and the concept ambiguity after the concept teaching.Part of the preconcept is highly accurate before systematiclearning,and part of the preconcept remains misconceived after systematic learning.The author extracts the contents of the literature and puts forward the views of the previous researchers,which will lead to the reconstruction of the concept of cognitive conflict,the development of core literacy,the construction of a conceptual system and the establishment of a bridge between the original cognition and new knowledge A little integration into the teaching design,help teachers should correctly understand the former concept of students and as the basis for the establishment of a conceptual system to help students transform the former concept into a scientific concept.
