The present study focuses on the dispatched employees in Beijing,Tianjin and other areas,311 valid samples data were collected by means of dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type questionnaire,job insecurity scale,self-directed career management scale and perceived organizational career management scale,so as to explore the predictive effect and influencing conditions of dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type on job insecurity.The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20.0.The results of this study theoretically enrich the psychological factors such as the source and composition of the job insecurity of the dispatched employees,and more emphasis on the important value of integrating career management into the rest of the employees' lives in practice,helping them strategically establish their own career concept of management.It is of guiding significance to realize the benign development of employing unit,dispatching employees and worker dispatching agencies,which is conducive to building harmonious labor relations and improving the employment efficiency of enterprises.The main findings are as follows:(1)In the study,78.8% of dispatch employees knew their identity,18.6% of dispatch employees did not understand their identity correctly,42.4% were willing to be dispatch employees,and 37.3% were unwilling to be dispatch employees.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type of dispatched employees and the insecurity of excessive competition.(3)Self-directed career management plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between the dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type and excessive competitive insecurity.(4)Perceived organizational career management has a higher-order moderation effect on the interaction of dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type and self-directed career management on excessive competitive insecurity.In other words,whether the perceived organizational career management is high or low,the dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type and self-directed career management have a significant interactive effect on excessive competition insecurity under the condition of high grouping of self-directed career management.Conclusions:(1)Dispatched employees generally accept this form of employment,and they have ambivalent about whether they are willing to be employed as dispatch employees.There are significant differences in dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type in terms of the duration of dispatching contract,educational background and the nature of work.(2)Dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type have a significant positive predictive effect on excessive competitive insecurity.(3)Self-directed career management has a significant moderating effect on dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type and excessive competitive insecurity,which strengthens the path relationship between the two.Perceived organizational career management has a higher-order moderation effect on the interactive effects of dispatched worker's attitudes of the employment type and selfdirected career management on excessive competitive insecurity.
