Group text reading is a new type of teaching practice of reading that has emerged in China in recent years,which is reflected in the mode from single text reading instruction to multi-text reading instruction.Its connotation is that in a topic with multiple texts as reading materials,students with the help of teachers,through the cooperation to build a group text reading.The research results of group text reading are mainly concentrated in primary school teaching.There is less research on group text reading instruction in junior high school,and few researches on group text reading instruction in junior high school.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the novel style,and specifically analyzes the teaching strategies of group text reading of junior high school novels.This aim is to help junior high school Chinese teachers who are initially in contact with group text reading to establish the ideas and framework of novel group text reading instruction,master the basic methods of novel group text reading design,and improve the effectiveness of novel group text reading instruction.This thesis is divided into five parts.The introduction section explores the research in four aspects: research origin,research significance,research status,and research methods.The first chapter is a general overview of group text reading in junior high school.It mainly includes the basic elements of group text reading,the theoretical basis of group text reading,the characteristics of group text reading instruction in novels,and the appropriateness of group text reading instruction in the unified textbook.The second chapter mainly uses questionnaires to sort out the current teaching situation of novel group text reading in junior high school,and further analyzes the problems and reasons in the novel group text reading instruction.The third chapter deals with the problems in the novel group text reading instruction,and discusses the teaching strategies of novel group text reading from the aspects of issue setting,text organization and classroom teaching methods.Firstly,it expounds how to set up the topic from three aspects: characteristics,basis and perspectives.Secondly,it presents the text organization of novel group text reading from two aspects of structure connection and optimization combination.Finally,this paper discusses three teaching methods: mind mapping,cooperative teaching and problem teaching.The last part summarizes this research and indicates the direction of future efforts.
