After the publication of the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program ",the training of general-level teachers has increasingly become the focus of research,and the"All-round in education" that is suitable for it has begun to be studied by scholars.Professor Tao Qing and Associate Professor Lu Junyong from Chongqing Normal University have published many articles in recent years,and published systematic research results on the training of "All-round in education" and the training of general teachers.However,the study of "All-round in education" has always existed in the debate of ideas.The concept of "All-round in education" is still unclear,and its connotation,extension and research boundaries are all in dispute.The concept of "All-round in education" and "General education","Core Competencies",and "independent teacher",and "independent teacher package system "are not clearly separated.In fact,this is due to the fact that the degree of understanding of "All-round in education" is different and the concept is not clear.This study starts from the perspective of semantic analysis,by comparing the similarities and differences between educate and teach,the similarities and differences between study and learn,curricul and the similarities and differences of subject,from the perspective of word meaning,analyze the original meaning of education,the original meaning of learning and the original meaning of the curriculum,so as to try to relatively clearly describe the concept of "All-round in education".Furthermore,through the comparison of the development process of basic education equivalent to the stage of compulsory education in our country,combined with France,the United States,Japan and other countries,the whole process of education reform in the modern-sub-division-general process has been analyzed to determine the implementation of compulsory education The development trend of"All-round in education";through the analysis and research on the promotion of PYP course by Huijia School,the promotion of 1+x mode of Tsinghua University and the "All-round in education" under the mode of teaching,it is determined that "All-round in education" it is to update the teaching concept,create an educational environment that provides excellent teaching resources,and establish a new type of teacher-student relationship and teaching relationship.On the basis of the above research,try to define the "All-round in education"and describe its connotation and extension,from the renewal of teaching concept,the establishment of a new teacher-student relationship,the establishment of a mutual resource system for teaching resources and the "All-round in education".The evaluation of education under the model puts forward some prospects,and it will be used for in-depth study by scholars in later education. |
