The Impact Of Family Literacy Education On The Literacy Of Freshmen In The First Grade

Children's literacy is the more important content of the primary stage.Children's reading and writing ability plays an important role in the development of children's compulsory education,even in their whole life.Few researchers study the relationship between“children's literacy amount” and family's literacy education.Nowadays,family will be involved in children's basic education system,it needs the close combination of family and school.This study measured the real level of literacy of Freshmen in the first grade through the children's Literacy Scale,and obtained three types of family literacy environment through the family literacy environment questionnaire,namely,purposeful family ?unconscious family and no family literacy education.Then through interviews with teachers and students' parents,it is concluded that some literacy “tutorial classes” can increase students' literacy.However,from another deep emotional level,it's of great significance for parents to participate in the children's literacy process;Finally,through the literature method and successful cases to find the theoretical basis of literacy in the initial stage of the first grade.The purpose of this study is to promote family literacy education in life,not for literacy,but parents should know family literacy education for children.And five measures are put forward for family literacy education.
