The number of preschool teachers with graduate education is increasing year by year.It has become a trend that preschool teachers with graduate education become high-quality preschool teachers in the future,and their professional growth has also attracted more and more researchers' attention.The sense of self-worth of graduate teachers is an important aspect that affects their professional growth.Teachers with high sense of self-worth can get more happiness and promote their professional growth.This research takes the preschool teachers with graduate education in Liaoning Province as the research object,using the questionnaire method to analyze the current situation of the self-worth of the preschool teachers with graduate education,combining with the interviews of the preschool teachers with graduate education,to analyze the factors that affect their self-worth,and to put forward corresponding suggestions to enhance the self-worth of the preschool teachers with graduate education.The results are as follows: 1.The self-worth of Postgraduates' preschool teachers mainly includes five dimensions: academic advantage,professional ability,professional achievement,interpersonal relationship and work value;2.The overall situation of the self-worth of Postgraduates' preschool teachers is good,among which the highest score is in academic advantage,the lowest score is in professional achievement;3.The self-worth of Postgraduates' preschool teachers There are significant differences in job,labor relations,academic background and other demographic variables,but no significant differences in gender,teaching age and type of kindergarten;4.The influencing factors of self-worth of Postgraduates' preschool teachers mainly come from three aspects: Teachers' personal quality,social environment and kindergarten environment.According to the research results,the following education suggestions are put forward : 1.The fundamental way to improve teachers' sense of self-worth is to improve their personal quality.Teachers should pay attention to practical reflection,stimulate their professional potential;correctly understand themselves,reasonablyformulate their own career development plan;shape a positive attitude,and create a good interpersonal relationship.2.The important conditions for teachers to improve their sense of self-worth are the importance and support of the kindergarten to the teachers.The kindergarten should pay attention to the value of the graduate teachers and arrange the work posts reasonably,create the scientific research atmosphere of the kindergarten and give full play to the scientific research advantages of the graduate teachers;expand the professional development path and provide the opportunities for teachers to promote their positions and train;build the growth ladder and help to plan the teachers Career vision.3.The strong guarantee of teachers' Self-worth promotion is the creation of social environment.The state should improve the social status of teachers,create a social and cultural atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing the way they work,and provide preschool teachers with pay matching their work.
