In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping said in an earnest message to the young people: "when the young thrive,the country prospers,and when the young thrive,the country grows strong." The "prosperity" and "strength" of the young generation are related to the ultimate realization of the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.Therefore,the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that "education is the foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must give priority to education," and insist on the development of education connotation is the only way to build a strong education,is to train the "prosperous" and "strong" young generation of the inevitable choice.Private high schools as an important part of basic education,on the basis of fully implementing the party and the state education policy,under the core guidance of promoting the all-round development of people,the selection of private high schools’ connotative development path conforms to the requirements of the transformation development and construction of private schools in the new period,and meets the basic requirements of the party and the state.Concentric development is the development that fully reflects the law of education,and the law of education points to the comprehensive development of people.People are the center of school education and the purpose of education.People are the starting point of school education,but also the destination of school education;People are the cornerstone of school education and the foundation of school education.Therefore,the connotation development points to the all-round development of people,while the connotation development of private high schools points to the all-round development of students.Through reading a large number of literature,it is found that in the past,private high school education in our country ignored the connotation development in different degrees,so the overall development of private high school students is hindered.By deeply analyzing the reasons and performance of the neglect of connotation development in private high schools,the paper finds out the four main influencing factors that hinder students’ all-round development,analyzes the problems in these four aspects and finds out the reasons,and then expounds the effective optimization strategy of returning toconnotation development in private high schools.
