Higher vocational colleges are an integral part of higher education.In recent years,with the government's attention to higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges have ushered in a vigorous development opportunity.However,with the rapid development of higher vocational education,it also faces some challenges.Higher vocational teachers are the main body of higher vocational education and teaching,and the key force to promote the development of higher vocational colleges.Influenced by the system and policies of higher vocational colleges,problems such as the difficulty of introducing teachers and poor stability continue to appear.The instability of teachers' team in Higher Vocational Colleges and the continuous loss of excellent teachers have hindered the development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,how to effectively introduce teachers,ensure the stability of teachers' team,and prevent the loss of teachers has become an important problem to be solved in higher vocational colleges.K higher vocational college has developed rapidly in recent years.However,with the expansion of the college scale and the special nature of K higher vocational college,more and more problems have emerged,especially the loss of excellent teachers,to some extent,hindering the rapid development of the college.The loss of full-time teachers in K higher vocational college is becoming more and more serious,which has affected the development of the college.Therefore,it is a problem that the human resources department of K higher vocational college has been thinking about to study the causes of the loss of full-time teachers and put forward corresponding countermeasures,which is also an urgent problem to be solved in K higher vocational college.This paper takes K Vocational College as an example to study the loss of full-time teachers.This paper has six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper briefly describes the background and significance of the topic,the purpose,content and methods of the research,and puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of the article.The second chapter is a summary of related theories.This paper introduces the basic concept of personnel turnover,describes the turnover model,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.The third chapter,the current situation and influence of K Vocational Colleges' personnel turnover.This paper briefly introduces K higher vocational college,explains the current situation of human resources and the loss of full-time teachers in K higher vocational college,and analyzes the impact of the loss of full-time teachers in K higher vocational college.The fourth chapter,K vocational college full-time teacher turnover reason investigation and analysis.Through the analysis of data from interviews and questionnaires,this paper focuses on the factors that have a great impact on the loss of full-time teachers.The fifth chapter,K vocational college full-time teacher loss countermeasures.Through the analysis of the data of the questionnaire in the fourth chapter,it focuses on some factors that have a great influence on the loss of full-time teachers in K vocational college.According to these key factors,it gives solutions from the aspects of individual,organization and society.Chapter six,conclusion.Summarize the conclusion of this paper.Based on the current situation of personnel loss in domestic higher vocational colleges,the author combines the relevant theories of human resource management,absorbs and draws on the successful experience of enterprise personnel loss,and puts forward scientific and efficient countermeasures to reduce the loss of full-time teachers,in order to provide effective ideas for strengthening the stability of higher vocational teachers.
