With the rapid development of China’s higher education,the scale of colleges and universities is expanding,the number of chemical laboratories is increasing,the teaching and research tasks of chemical laboratories are becoming more and more arduous,and the safety problems of chemical laboratories are also coming.The investigation found that in recent years,chemical laboratory accidents in chemical colleges and universities have frequently occurred.The laboratory is a relatively concentrated place for personnel and equipment.Once a safety accident occurs,it interferes with the normal teaching order and scientific research plan,and also brings huge property losses to the country and poses a threat to the health of teachers and students and even life.In the course of the experiment,not only hazardous chemicals such as flammable liquids,oxidizing substances,poisons,infectious materials and corrosive substances are used,but also a large amount of electrical equipment is required,involving glare,high temperature,vacuum,radiation,high pressure,Risk factors such as magnetic fields are prone to safety accidents.In this paper,firstly,the related hazard sources are analyzed in combination with the characteristics of chemical laboratory.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the danger source identification ofuniversity laboratories,combined with the research on the danger sources of chemical laboratory in colleges and universities,it is determined that the risk assessment is carried out by the analytic hierarchy process and the set pair analysis method.On this basis,grading and control are carried out to achieve better safety management of the laboratory system of chemical universities.Finally,a grading management and control plan for the identified laboratories of chemical universities is developed.This is a useful attempt in the research of hazard source identification and risk assessment in chemical university laboratories.It has made up for the shortage of laboratory safety system in chemical universities,and it also has corresponding reference value for the safety management of colleges and universities in China.
