This paper takes the teaching practice of pipa club in Huai River Road primary School of Zhengzhou city as the starting point and takes the application of foreign musical teaching method in the teaching practice of national instrumental music as the research object.This study begins with sorting out the basic concepts of Kodai teaching method and sorting out its theoretical basis and practical methods that can be applied to the teaching of ethnic instrumental music.Further,the paper makes a case study of kodai teaching method combined with the teaching practice of pipa clubs in primary schools,summarizes valuable teaching ideas and methods,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for existing problems.In the end,the author deepens and sublimates the research results and expects to put forward some Suggestions on the localization construction of Kodaly teaching method.In this paper,the introduction of Kodaly teaching method to the PIPA Community in Huaihe Road Primary School is studied.The structure and contents of the thesis are as follows: In the introduction part of the thesis,the author discusses the purpose and significance of the research on this topic,and combs the relevant research achievements and present situation at home and abroad,in the first chapter,the author introduces and explains the theoretical basis of introducing Zoltán Kodály’s teaching method into the teaching of instrumental music in primary schools,this paper focuses on some important theoretical foundations of Zoltán Kodály’s teaching method,sums it up into five characteristics,and sorts out the general situation of instrumental music teaching in primary schools in China at present,in the second chapter,the author makes an investigation and analysis of the teaching practice of Kodaly teaching method in the Pipa Community of Huaihe Road Primary School,the third chapter mainly discusses the localization of Zoltán Kodály’s teaching method in China,and analyzes the conditions of its formation and the obstacles of its integration.
