Boarding schools have played an important role in solving the difficulty of students' schooling and increasing the enrollment rate of rural left-behind children.However,due to the special form and conditions of running schools,there are still many problems and difficulties for boarding left-behind children to adapt to school.The school adaptation of rural boarding left-behind children has an important impact on their physical and mental health development,so it is of great significance to focus on the school adaptation of rural boarding left-behind children.This study mainly focuses on the school adaptation of rural boarding left-behind children,taking the boarding left-behind children of WJ primary school in Ji'an as the research object.Through questionnaire and interview,the author analyzed the current situation of the school's accommodation for the left-behind children,It is found that these left-behind children are affected by personal,family and school factors,and have problems such as poor adaptation to boarding life,strong anxiety and loneliness,poor active communication,lack of interest in learning and self-confidence.Then,based on the demand forecasts,using group work method,to recruit 10 have school adjustment of boarding schools to adapt to the growing group of left-behind children from life,emotions,relationships and learning to adapt to the four dimensions in stages for nine times group work.social learning theory,advantage theory as the guide,to assist the boarding left-behind children discover their own advantages,learn from peers,help them recognize the boarding life,effectively ease the bad mood,have a good interpersonal relationship,explore learning approach.In this study,through group goals and team satisfaction assessed the group work.It found that the life adaptability of the rural boarding left-behind children was improved;bad mood and loneliness were relieved;increased interpersonal initiative;the planning of learning has increased,and it concluded that the group work involved in the adaptation of rural boarding schools for left-behind children has certain effects.In the end,this paper summarizes and reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of practice,in order to serve left-behind children better.
