For the comprehensive development of every student is the pursuit of basic education.But in school education,not every student can successfully complete the learning task and achieve comprehensive development.In every subject of learning,there are students with learning difficulties.Rural primary school is the deficiency of the balanced development of basic education.The existence of students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools is universal,and the reasons for the existence of students with learning difficulties are special.Therefore,understanding the present situation of rural primary school students with learning difficulties,exploring the subjective and objective reasons for the existence of students with learning difficulties,and carrying out targeted transformation in practice are not only the responsibility of rural primary school teachers,but also effective measures to improve the quality of rural primary education.Based on combing the concept of the poor student,and based on the analysis of the characteristics,in W City S Elementary School as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey method,observation method,such as study,found their own reasons such as poor student learning attitude is not correct,learning method is not scientific,and external factors such as the rural family education concept errors and school education has enormous influence on the lack of effective guidance for poor student.In view of the actual situation of rural primary schools,this paper analyzes the reasons from the subjective and objective aspects.Among them,the subjective reasons for the existence of students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools are psychological burden,unscientific learning methods and learning attitude.The objective reasons for the existence of students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools are the failure of family education and the lack of qualified teachers in rural primary schools.In order to effectively transform students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools,this paper suggests that schools strengthen their care and help for students with learning difficulties,stimulate their motivation and interest in learning,encourage students to ask questions,and help students with learning difficulties build up their confidence in learning.It is suggested that teachers guide students to learn to think and take notes,help students with learning difficulties correct their learning attitude,cultivate and improve their interest and enthusiasm in learning,develop good habits in learning,guide students to review questions and review in advance,and help them master effective learning methods and comprehensively improve their scientific learning.Suggested that schools and parents to strengthen,parent-school cooperative efforts to help the rural poor student,the school should pay attention to reverse the parents wrong education thinking and guide the parents give play to effect of parent-child education,intensify parent-school cooperative,cooperate learning to raise their learning encourage parents,parents with school double linkage to perfect the teaching resources,further strengthen the poor student psychological education guidance,strengthen the standard differential guidance,to form the correct aspects of becoming useful people,etc.In addition,the paper puts forward auxiliary elements for the transformation of students with learning difficulties,and suggests improving the educational evaluation mechanism,adjusting teaching activities,and enhancing the adaptability of courses.
