| At present,the development of science and technology has achieved unprecedented results,and it affects all aspects of people and society.Scientific progress and technological development are inseparable from technological innovation.In his important exposition on scientific and technological innovation in the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized that we must firmly grasp the general direction of scientific and technological progress,seize the commanding heights of scientific and technological innovation,and rely on technological innovation to embark on the road of technological power.Technological innovation is the destiny of the country,the development trend and the general trend.Research integrity is the cornerstone of technological innovation.Only with a soil of good faith and a good scientific research environment can China become a major scientific center and innovation highland in the world.However,we should see that our scientific research environment is not pure enough,academic misconduct has also occurred frequently,and the construction of academic institutions in universities is not sound enough.This article criticizes and reconstructs the academic system construction of colleges and universities from the perspective of ethics,and tries to find a solution to the construction of academic institutions in colleges and universities.This research mainly uses the theory of institutional ethics and neo-institutionalism to build theoretical models.It takes college teachers as the main investigative objects and conducts research from three ethical dimensions:humanitarianism,fairness,and happiness principle.Questionnaire survey method,text analysis method,interview method and other research methods comprehensively analyze the problems existing in the construction of college academic system.The study found that the lack of ethics is a major problem in the construction of academic institutions.The output-oriented system ignores the humanistic spirit,the ineffective implementation of the system ignores the substantive justice,and the rational culture in system identification obliterates the subject’s appeal.This research puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of institutional ethics: establish the principles of academic good governance at the levelof conception;ensure the fairness and justice of system implementation at the level of system operation;focus on basic research and care for young teachers at the level of system security;cultivate "Academic as a career" innovative spirit at the level of environment building.Finally,the ethical return of academic good governance is achieved. |
