Case Work Involved Research On Improving The Ability Of Rural Older Unmarried Men To Get Rid Of Poverty

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee and with the joint efforts of the whole Party and the whole society,China has made decisive achievements in poverty alleviation,and the goal and task of poverty alleviation are nearly completed.However,the pressure of poverty alleviation is still huge,the challenges are more prominent,and there are still some poor people.The awareness of poverty alleviation subject is weak,the idea of "equal dependence" is prominent,and the ability of poverty alleviation is outstanding However,the problem of rural unmarried men's ability to get rid of poverty is particularly prominent.How to give full play to the advantages of social work professionals' organization and coordination,resource link,publicity and advocacy,so as to stimulate the endogenous power of special poor groups,help poor people to establish and improve social support system and support It has become an urgent problem for social work to intervene in poverty alleviation work to hold the ability of the poor people to improve their ability of self-improvement and self-development.This paper focuses on the special group of rural poor unmarried men.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the paper makes a detailed follow-up survey on the unmarried men of poor age in Q village of a county in the central part of Jiangxi Province.It finds out the external manifestations and internal causes of their insufficient ability to get rid of poverty.It uses individual case social work method to intervene in the life of the author's service objects,and uses empowerment principle and behavior Cognitive therapy,family support network system and other professional methods to implement intervention services,help service objects to improve self-abasement,build self-confidence,learn production skills,and effectively improve their ability to get rid of poverty.The research purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of social work intervention in targeted poverty alleviation,taking the rural poverty-stricken older unmarried men as the entry point,and finally summarize and reflect on the process and methods of social work intervention,so as to provide practical reference for the practical research of social work in poverty alleviation.
