| In the era of Internet plus,great changes have taken place in all walks of life in society,and education is no exception.With the continuous development of information technology,the field of education has stepped into the era of information 2.0.The background of the prosperous development of educational informatization calls for the simultaneous improvement of teachers’ teaching ability,which is no exception for both in-service teachers and pre service teachers.Normal students are the reserve army of teachers in the future,so the improvement of their teaching ability should be paid more attention.In the information age of education,teachers are required to have corresponding information-based teaching ability to support teaching,so it is very important for normal students to cultivate information-based teaching ability.The traditional classroom teaching method is difficult to cultivate the normal students’ information-based teaching ability,and puts forward the requirements for the teaching environment.In the trend of information technology and traditional classroom integration to support the development of teaching activities,how to use information technology to Cultivate Normal Students’ information-based teaching ability has become a subject worthy of attention.The hybrid teaching method,with its unique advantages,is applied in the teaching of colleges and universities,which provides a good choice for the cultivation of normal students’ information-based teaching ability.Therefore,this study focuses on the hybrid teaching method and explores how to design the hybrid teaching method to effectively promote the information-based teaching ability of normal students.On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature about "normal students’ information-based teaching ability","hybrid teaching" and "using hybrid teaching method to Cultivate Normal Students’ information-based teaching ability" and combing the research status,this study defines the relevant concepts and analyzes the theoretical basis.In order to ensure the scientificity of the research,the current information-based teaching ability level of normal students is investigated and found that the level of ability level is low,which provides a reference for the mixed teaching content selection of cultivating the information-based teaching ability of normal students.Combined with the characteristics of information-based teaching ability,this paper expounds the principle of hybrid teaching design to cultivate the information-based teaching ability of normal university students,constructs a hybrid teaching mode including three stages,and designs a hybrid teaching process.On the basis of the analysis of the course "information based Teaching-Fundamentals ofeducational technology application",combined with the characteristics of normal students,the hybrid teaching design is carried out,and the constructed hybrid teaching mode is applied to the hybrid teaching practice of this course,and the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the teaching effect.Through the analysis of the effect of teaching practice,it is found that the hybrid teaching mode has a positive role in promoting the information-based teaching ability of normal university students;the enthusiasm and initiative of normal university students have been improved;the interest of learners in the classroom and the number of questions have been significantly increased;the information-based teaching ability,especially the dimension of "technology support teaching ability" has been significantly improved.It can be concluded from the overall analysis that the application of hybrid teaching method can effectively promote the realization of the goal of information-based teaching ability training for normal students. |
