A Case Study Of College Students' Successful Entrepreneurship From The Perspective Of Social Support

College students' entrepreneurship helps promote employment,technological innovation,and economic growth.The government,society,and universities should take multiple measures to support college students in starting businesses.This study takes the successful entrepreneur L of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region B as the research object,and uses a case study method to analyze the social support of college students in the process of entrepreneurship and the personal qualities that affect the success or failure of entrepreneurship.Difficulties encountered,including inadequate college students' own conditions and weak external support,come up with possible solutions.The main contents of the research are:one is the conditions that successful college entrepreneurs should have;the other is the entrepreneurial experience of successful entrepreneurs in Ningxia;the third is the implementation path of the entrepreneurial support system for college students in NingxiaJudging from the results of this study,there are many problems with the Ningxia government's support system for college students' entrepreneurship:first,the lack of a complete legal system support;second,insufficient promotion and interpretation of entrepreneurial policies;third,the government's lack of reasonable guidance;fourth,entrepreneurship There are few service agencies and communication platforms.The problems of social support are as follows:first,the degree of recognition for college students to engage in self-employment work is not high;second,the internship opportunities given by enterprises are small;third,insufficient funding support and other problems.The problems of college support are:first,insufficient cooperation with enterprises;second,lack of reasonable guidance for entrepreneurial teams.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to improve the undergraduate entrepreneurship support system:the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Government should increase policy promotion and interpretation,improve the legal system,rationally plan tourism routes and projects,add entrepreneurial service organizations,and open college students' entrepreneurship exchange and learning Platform;society needs to increase college students' opportunities for internships,increase funding support,strengthen public opinion and publicity,and increase the recognition of college students' entrepreneurship in society;universities should strengthen cooperation with enterprises,fully interpret entrepreneurship policies,and build Entrepreneurship communication platform,creating a campus entrepreneurial atmosphere,etc.The direction that entrepreneur L should work hard in the future is to actively seek financial support,improve technology,be creative,create culture and brand value,and tell his story to enhance social reputation.
