The core literacy era puts forward more urgent requirements for students to improve their reading literacy,develop their thinking quality and improve their innovation ability.Critical thinking is one of the core qualities that students should have in the 21 st century.The cultivation of critical thinking should be started from the dolls.The senior students in primary school have already possessed certain knowledge and experience and thought methods,and their habits of thinking have not yet been finalized.It is urgent to guide and develop correctly.Primary school reading teaching has a unique foundation,humanity and openness,which provides a natural platform and good activity support for the cultivation of critical thinking.The cultivation of critical thinking in primary school reading teaching is actually to integrate the principles and methods of critical thinking into reading teaching in the form that students can understand and accept,and to improve the traditional reading teaching based on the explanation of one-on-one.The critical reading learning process,which is based on argumentation,continuously practices and reflects through effective forms such as questioning,discussion,inquiry,and debate,so that students gradually become familiar with,understand,and practice the process of critical thinking,and finally develop a critical thinking spirit.And skill habits.This research mainly focuses on the senior students and language teachers of Shanghai S Elementary School.It focuses on how to effectively cultivate students' critical thinking ability in the process of reading and teaching in the upper grades of primary school,and is committed to finding effective ways to cultivate critical thinking of primary school students.method.Firstly,the thesis grasps the current situation of the cultivation of critical thinking ability in the reading teaching of the upper primary school through actual investigation.It mainly uses student questionnaires,thinking tests,teacher questionnaires and interviews to collect data on critical thinking teaching and learning in upper primary school reading teaching.Then through a comprehensive analysis of the results of the questionnaire and interviews,we found the critical thinking ability of the upper primary school students and the practical problems of Chinese reading for critical thinking.Combined with the typical case of teacher's Chinese reading teaching,the teaching strategies for the upper grades of elementary school in critical thinking are sorted out.Through research,it is found that due to the limitations of cultural traditions,school management,teacher quality and student foundation,the understanding of critical thinking in teachers and students is not in place in the teaching of Chinese reading,the critical thinking of teachers is not enough,and critical thinking The problem of poor training and other issues.In view of this,the paper finally proposes suggestions for improvement to help solve the above problems,mainly providing countermeasures from the two aspects of teachers' self-cultivation and improvement of teachers' teaching strategies.
