Since the implementation of the employment training policy for the poor,it has played an important role in helping the poor people to achieve employment income,but the problems and challenges faced in the implementation of this policy can not be ignored.This paper investigates employment training activities for the poor in County S by combining literature research with investigation research.Problems such as formal training,disconnection between training and employment,ineffective or inefficient training have been discovered by me.I compared the behavior of policy deliver and the behavior of policy objects by presenting the complete process from policy decision making to implementation to evaluation,and find out the specific and deep reasons for the inaccurate employment training policy,and make policy recommendations.The government should evaluate people's real needs and improve supervision and follow-up services based on regional development practices.The purpose of this study is to promote the rational use of national resources,avoid the recurrence of the same problems,and enrich the connotation of anti-poverty theory and practice. |
