Rowing is becoming more and more popular in China as a sport in the National Games and the Olympic Games.Due to its high cardiopulmonary function,muscle load and strength requirements,it is necessary to carry out strict and regular training in training,and pay attention to the training of technology and aerobic endurance,and technically repeat the same action.In the end,it is possible to achieve a certain aerobic capacity and adapt to the requirements of the competition.In the entire systematic training,the development of a reasonable athlete training program is the basic for cultivating excellent rowers.In this paper,the characteristics of Wu Mengchan’s annual training plan for Elite Women Rowers preparing for the 2017 National Games are studied,By using the methods of documentation,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,Wu Mengchan’s training plan for the 2017 National Games is divided into several stages according to different periods and case analysis,and at the same time,it uses the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes to analyze the training contents,means and methods.The content and means of training and the way of training are analyzed.In order to improve the current situation of the development of rowing in China,this study summarizes the arrangement and implementation of the annual training plan for excellent coaches and athletes in rowing in China,and provides some practical experience and theoretical basis for the formulation of the strategy of preparing for rowing races.The results indicate that 1.Through the analysis of the arrangement and implementation of Wu Mengchan’s periodic training plan for the 2017 National Games,it is found that her training plan is more reasonable,with clear layers,objectives and tasks.The division of periodic training has obvious characteristics of continuity and stages,and has strong needle-like nature,which is conducive to Wu Mengchan’s training effect and special ability.2.In the arrangement of the periodic training plan,especially for the rowing,temporary changes are needed due to the influence of the venue and climate.The number of daily training is arranged according to the actual situation and Wu Mengchan’s own state.However,the formulation of the training course content is carried out in accordance with the sports items,training characteristics and rules,which can achieve the same effect of three classes or four classes on one day.3.Technical training is the most important training content in the annual training plan.It mainly adopts such training methods as decomposition and division,sliding seat pinching at different distances to improve the technical level of athletes.Flexibility and coordination training mainly use stretching exercises and core strength training.Stretching exercises are usually arranged before and after the training class.The training time is 15-30 minutes.The Core strength exercise is the necessary content in weekly training.It is arranged 3 to 4 classes every week for 40-50 minutes.4.To summarize the contents and forms of the annual training of elite female rowers Wu Mengchan for the thirteenth National focus on the training of continuous rowing on the water,increasing the training of special strength,combining endurance training with strength training,and repeating it every day to add great improvement on her special technical ability.In the special training stage,the training of load intensity mainly focuses on developing Wu Mengchan’s aerobic endurance quality.The training intensity is relatively small and the training time is longer,so as to improve Wu Mengchan’s aerobic endurance quality.In the preliminary stage,the training load is large and the intensity is medium,and the amount of training is generally improved.Wu Mengchan’s body function is mainly developed to further improve his special ability.The final stage is the lowest and the most intensive stage in the training plan for the whole year.Its purpose is to enable Wu Mengchan to enter the competition state at the fastest speed and adapt to the paddle frequency of the competition rhythm.6.Through the analysis of Wu
