Research On University Student Affairs Management From The Perspective Of Total Quality Management

With the further promotion of popularization and internationalization of higher education,colleges and universities undertake the responsibility of continuously conveying qualified "social people" for national and social development,such as learning to seek knowledge,learn to handle affairs,learn to behave and learn to coexist with others.The competition of comprehensive national strength is the competition of talents,so the quality of training students in Colleges and universities is the focus of attention in various countries.As the management of student affairs in Colleges and universities involves many aspects,such as study,dormitory,health,safety,employment,culture,politics,law and so on,it plays a vital role in the education and training of students,so the management of student affairs in Colleges and universities is the focus of scholars' research.High-quality management of student affairs is conducive to democratization and socialization of education;to improve the overall quality and ability of College students,upgrade the entire education market competitive strength of colleges and universities;to optimize optimal allocation of educational resources in colleges and universities and reduce management costs.This thesis takes Qingdao M University as the research object,through the questionnaire survey of college students and interviews with counselors,to understand the current situation of student affairs management in the school,and sum up the student affairs management of M colleges in the specific implementation process.There are problems in the implementation of the concept of serving students,the high cost of student work communication,and the poor management effect.In order to further improve the management of student affairs in colleges and universities,this thesis proposes to establish a "student-centered" education service concept,build a "all-people education" service education process,and implement a "full-process participation" student affairs management operation based on the perspective of total quality management.The assessment process adopts the quality management concept of “continuous quality improvement” and the rectification strategy of introducing PDCA cycle and optimizing the innovation transaction management mode to provide reference for the practical work of college student affairs management.
