The core of innovative entrepreneurship education is to cultivate the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness of college students through the study and training of theoretical and practical knowledge so as to enhance the entrepreneurial ability and social responsibility of college students.The quality of innovative entrepreneurship education contains many aspects,and the influencing factors are complex and diverse.It is reasonable to measure and evaluate the quality of innovative entrepreneurship education according to local conditions.The quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education is lack of systematic standards,and the universal evaluation standards have become a hot research trend at present,but this is contrary to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions.Taking Guizhou undergraduate colleges as the research object,adopting the methods of expert interview,questionnaire investigation,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and so on,the quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Guizhou undergraduate colleges and universities is constructed,which include the guarantee link of innovative entrepreneurship education.Three first-level indicators: process link and effect link,policy support,institutional setting,teacher structure,curriculum design,teaching link,student performance and student satisfaction seven second-level indicators and 32third-level indicators.According to the principle of maximum membership,the quality of innovative entrepreneurship education in B1,B2 and B3 universities belongs to the general level,and the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the universities of B1,B2 and B3 belongs to the general level,according to the principle of maximum membership,the evaluation system is used to analyze the quality of innovative entrepreneurship education.The three universities have shortcomings in the guarantee link,process link and effect link of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which need to be further improved.The following countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed to address the deficiencies: We should focus on promoting the visibility of innovative entrepreneurship education and related policies,enhance students' attention,implement the establishment,standardize the entrance and exit of innovation and entrepreneurship education tutor,reasonably allocate the teacher structure,and improve the construction of security link of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Guizhou colleges and universities;We should enrich the courses ofinnovation and entrepreneurship,implement diversified teaching methods and examination requirements,and optimize the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Guizhou colleges and universities;Take the student as the center,effectively guides the student to participate in the innovation enterprise education,promotes the student to participate in the innovation enterprise enthusiasm,enhances the student to the university innovation enterprise education service and the own development satisfaction.so as to guarantee the output of the effect link of innovation and entrepreneurship in Guizhou colleges and universities.
