| Many studies have shown that the stage of new kindergarten teachers is the critical period for professional growth.This study started from the people who affect the professional growth of new teachers,hoping to find people who have an important impact on the professional growth of new teachers,and hoped to give new teachers some induction suggestions and help kindergarten managers to formulate and plan a more suitable route for the professional growth of new teachers in kindergartens.This study took one kindergarten in n city of J province as the research object,and adopted stratified sampling method to select 14 kindergarten teachers for semi-structured interviews.After the interview,the author classified the significant others in the professional growth of new teachers and analyzed its influence among protestant teachers.The study found that there were some significant others in the professional growth of new kindergarten teachers:kindergarten colleagues as helpers,other people around as advisers,and service objects as deep supporters.Kindergarten colleagues as helpers mainly include kindergarten leaders,teachers and colleagues as "competitors".The people around them mainly include family members who give various kinds of support and teachers who grow up.The service targets are mainly the children who are deeply influenced in all directions and the parents who are the initiators of reflection.They have a profound impact on the professional growth of new kindergarten teachers in terms of professional beliefs and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.In the establishment of professional beliefs and ethics,the main influences are the kindergarten colleagues,the children in the service objects,the parents and relatives of the people around them.In the construction of professional knowledge,the main influences are the tutors among the people around them,the group of kindergarten colleagues,and the children among the service objects.In the construction of professional ability,the positive roles are mainly played by kindergarten colleagues,the children and parents in the service object and the practice guidance teachers and parents in the people around them.The research attempted to put forward corresponding educational suggestions from kindergarten,new teachers,relatives and society.Kindergarten leaders should provide a platform for new teachers to develop as much as possible,be good at finding out what new teachers are good at and give them timely encouragement.They should give new teachers encouragement from different angles.The construction of mentoring system needs to be based on the garden system and scientifically evaluate the growth of new teachers.The teaching and research team leader should set a good example for the new teachers in the way of doing things.Teachers should provide new teachers with a relatively relaxed and inclusive environment in the early stages of their careers,and should let go appropriately in the process of professional growth.Young teacher groups should help and encourage each other to create a good social atmosphere.Old teachers should be more active in helping new teachers.New teachers can make strict and detailed career plans temporarily in the first three years,but they need to have a sense of career planning,pay attention to the construction of interpersonal relationships and stick to learning.Parents should become emotional comforters of new teachers,and relatives should become supporters of new teachers’career choices.The education bureau and kindergartens should provide more opportunities and space for kindergarten teachers to develop and provide convenient conditions for kindergarten teachers’ professional growth.Pre-service education should give team cooperation opportunities and pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ ethics. |
