Objective: The data in the 2014 National Physical Fitness Monitoring Report show that the obesity rate in China is still increasing at present.Overweight and obesity have become prominent problems affecting the physical health of adults and the elderly in China.Weight loss through exercise is recognized as the most reasonable,effective,healthy and scientific weight loss method.However,the choice of exercise mode will directly affect the fat reduction effect.At present,there are still some disputes on the specific exercise mode.The National Fitness Guide recommends the use of aerobic exercise combined with strength training to have a positive effect on the fat reduction effect,body function and health of the fitness population.This paper studies the effect of anti-resistance training combined with aerobic training on the fat reduction effect of fitness crowd,hoping to find a more scientific and effective fat reduction method to help more people who need to reduce fat to achieve the goal of fat reduction scientifically and healthily,so as to prevent and treat chronic diseases caused by obesity to the greatest extent,reduce health risks brought by obesity to people,and provide reference basis for nationwide fitness exercise.Methods: Literature review,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods were used in this paper.Among them,the experimental method is mainly based on the purpose of experimental research.90 subjects are randomly divided into two groups: group a is resistance training combined with aerobic training,group b is simple aerobic exercise group.after 12 weeks of exercise intervention,exercise training is conducted 4 times a week for 90 min each time,and diet control is cooperated to observe,analyze and compare the changes of various indexes before and after exercise.Indicators include(fat percentage,BMR,muscle content,waist-to-hip ratio,visceral fat content,body circumference,BMI,etc.).SPSS22.0 is used to carry out relevant statistical description,paired sample T test and independent sample T test,to analyze the changes of P values in each group before and after the experiment,and to test the influence of the two training methods on the fat reduction effect of the subjects.Results: 1.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,it was found that the BMI,body weight,body fat ratio,waist-hip ratio,waist circumference and visceral fat amount of the two groups of subjects showed a downward trend.the body weight and BMI index of the subjects in the aerobic group decreased more than those in theresistance training combined with aerobic exercise group p < 0.01;Compared with the aerobic exercise group and the aerobic exercise group alone,the body fat rate,waist-hip ratio,waist circumference and visceral fat amount in the resistance training combined with aerobic exercise group decreased more obviously and the effect was more significant(p < 0.01).2.After 12 weeks of training,the muscle mass and basic metabolism in the resistance training combined with aerobic exercise group increased significantly,while the muscle mass in the aerobic exercise group decreased significantly(p <0.01).Conclusion: After 12 weeks of exercise intervention experiments,it was found that:1.The effect of resistance training combined with aerobic training group on fat reduction of fitness crowd is more significant than that of aerobic training group alone.2.Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise can not only control body weight and reduce body fat rate,but also increase muscle strength,shape and basic metabolism.3.The simple aerobic training can play a good role in controlling body weight,but the muscle loss is serious and the percentage of body fat decreases to a lower degree.Long-term aerobic exercise will reduce the basic metabolic quantity and is more likely to lead to weight loss plateau.4.For the fitness crowd,the anti-resistance training combined with aerobic training has a better effect of reducing fat than aerobic training alone,which is more conducive to human health.
