Community psychology is gradually recognized and developed in inland psychological circle. From the perspective of community psychology, voluntary organizations constitute a community where their members live, namely "community".They share common goals and actions, principles and contracts to maintain community relations. The sense of community refers to the sense of interdependence and mutual identity among members in the same voluntary organization. It can urge members to accomplish what the organization expects them to accomplish, which reflects the sense of belonging and identity of individual volunteers to the voluntary organization. The sense of community among members of voluntary organizations urges members to complete the voluntary service expected by the organization. And voluntary service,as a voluntary and free behavior,is consistent with the meaning of altruistic behavior, which is of great practical significance to the research on the altruistic behavior of the members of voluntary organizations Through literature review, the researchers found that self-efficacy is considered to be the influencing factor of altruistic behavior, but the relationship between self-efficacy and community sense was not clear. In this study,a mixed quantitative and qualitative research design was used to explore the relationship among community sense,self-efficacy and altruistic behavior of members of voluntary organizations, and to further study the influencing factors and mechanism of altruistic behavior of members of voluntary organizations.Study 1 adopted questionnaire method,398 questionnaires were distributed to eligible members of voluntary organizations, and 355 valid questionnaires were collected by using the Community Sense Index Scale,Altruistic Behavior Scenario Scale and General Self-efficacy Scale as research tools. And the general situation of community sense, altruistic behavior and self-efficacy of volunteer organization members was understood, and the relationship among them was also investigated. The predictive effect of community sense of volunteer organization members on altruistic behavior was emphatically investigated, and the hypothesis that there is a moderating effect of volunteer self-efficacy on community sense and altruistic behavior was tested. The consequence of study 1:(1)The sense of community of the members in the volunteer organization had significant differences in the four variables of gender, total effective volunteer service time, average weekly volunteer service time, and the number of volunteer organizations involved.(2)There were significant differences in the four variables of the altruistic behavior of the members in the volunteer organization, including gender, total effective volunteer service time, average weekly volunteer service time, and the number of volunteer organizations involved.(3)The sense of community in the members of the volunteer organization had a significant positive prediction effect on altruistic behavior;(4)The self-efficacy of the members in the volunteer organization played a moderating role in the relationship between the sense of community and altruistic behavior.Under the condition of low self-efficacy,the influence of community feeling on altruistic behavior is weak.Under the condition of high self-efficacy,the sense of community has a strong influence on altruistic behavior, and the sense of self-efficacy is an enhanced regulating effect.Study 2 further explored the factors affecting altruistic behavior of members of voluntary organizations and their mechanisms.Five interviewees were selected to participate in the study by means of in-depth interview and intensity sampling, and data were collected on the premise of informed consent.Through transcribing, sorting out and preliminary analysis of interview data,350 first-level codes were obtained.Class analysis was used for spindle coding(secondary coding)and core coding(tertiary coding).A total of 15 meaningful units have been established for secondary coding, and three core codes have been focused for tertiary coding. On the basis of generic analysis and scenario analysis, the theory was constructed from bottom to top.(1)The process of the relationship between members of voluntary organizations and their clients can be divided into "intervention period","integration period" and"end period" in terms of time.At different stages of volunteer service, the influencing factors of altruistic behavior were different.(2)As an individual factor, the sense of community of volunteer organization members played a direct role on altruistic behavior,Also as an individual factor, the sense of self-efficacy plays an enhanced up-regulation role.(3)The influence factors of three altruistic behaviors, namely, individual volunteers, service objects and volunteer service activities, interacted with each other. The theoretical model constructed was a dynamic circulatory system. After a comprehensive discussion of the results of study 1 and study 2,the following conclusions are finally drawn in this study:(1)The sense of community in voluntary organization members positively influenced altruistic behavior, which is regulated by the enhanced self-efficacy;Cultivating a sense of community among volunteer organization members can effectively promote altruistic behavior.(2)The altruistic behavior of the members in voluntary organizations is affected by the individual volunteers, serviced objects and volunteer activities in different stages, which constituted a dynamic theoretical model. The influencd factors and mechanism of the altruistic behavior in the members of voluntary organizations should be considered in multiple levels and stages to improve the sense of community, attach importance to the construction of voluntary organizations.
