| Anhui Fengyang is the birthplace of China’s reform and opening up.During the 40 years of reform and opening-up,Fengyang has made progress in all aspects,and traditional sports have also made some achievements.There are many kinds of traditional sports in Fengyang,and the local traditional sports have obvious characteristics and rich modem value.It is an integral part of Anhui regional culture.The development of things must go through a process.Only through a certain process can all things realize their own development.Therefore,the study of traditional sports in Fengyang,Anhui Province can not only promote the study of traditional sports in Fengyang area,but also promote the rapid development of rural sports economy.At present,the academic circle has not studied the traditional sports in Fengyang,Anhui province based on the local chronicles,and there are only a few articles on sports research in local chronicles,but local chronicles have been widely used in other fields of the academic circle.In this paper,the Fengyang traditional sports in the local chronicles will be deeply studied and analyzed in order to explore the Fengyang traditional sports and try to explore new ideas to fill in the existing research results.In this paper,local chronicles are taken as the main literature materials for research,and literature materials and historicarresearch methods are adopted.The main research object is Anhui Fengyang traditional sports in the local chronicles,and the local chronicles compiled after the establishment of the local chronicle compilation organization is the main research object.In the development process of a thing,from the perspective of form and content,it is the altermation of continuity in time and extensiveness in space,and the renewal of movement form,function and relationship.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the traditional sports in Fengyang,Anhui province from the perspectives of time and space,summarizes the characteristics and laws of the development of traditional sports in various regions and periods of Fengyang,and analyzes the existing situation in combination with the local actual situation.Make full use of the resources of local chronicles to excavate and inherit Fengyang traditional sports.Taking several key periods of Fengyang,s historical development in the local chronicles as nodes,this paper combed the various stages of the development of traditional sports in Fengyang,Anhui Province.The traditional sports events in Fengyang,Anhui province in the local chronicles are sorted and classified regionally,and the distribution of traditional sports in the four regions of Fengvang,east.west,north and south is obtained.Finally,through sorting and summarizing,the characteristics of the formation of traditional sports in Fengyang.Anhui and the characteristics of regional development are obtained,and the reasons for different characteristics are analyzed.Through research,it is concluded that:1.The characteristics of Fengyang traditional sports are different at different historical development stases.Durina the Ming and Qing dynasties,due to frequent military wars,martial arts,archery and other military defense prograns began to develop.In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,folk activities such as lion dance,tug-of-war,wrestling and dragon boat have developed to a certain extent.During the Cultural Revolution,the traditional sports in the whole county were destroyed and their development stagnated slightly.With the arrival of the reform and opening up.Fengyang,as one of the cradles of the reform and opening up,the traditional sports in this period have developed rapidly,and the performance competitions of traditional sports have gradually increased.In modern times,with the popularization of the concept of "fitness for all",people have innovated the traditional sports items,fused the traditional elements with the modem fitness concept,and constantly pushed the old out of the new.2.Analyzing the development characteristics of traditional sports in different periods in Ferngyang,Anhui Province,it is concluded that folkway and folk customs can promote traditional sports;the changes in the mode of production and labor and the population structure also affect the.development of traditional sports in a certain period of time.The development of traditional sports varies greatly with the support of national policies in different periods.3.The traditional sports in each area of Fengyang also present different characteristics:Fengyang flower drum,money pole and other "special local products"items are popular in the east:In the south,dragon boat,swimming,mountaineering and other activities are carried out.In the north,tai chi and fitness qigong are carried out in various forms.There are many kinds of martial arts in the east,west,north and south.4.The main reasons for the formation of the regional characteristics of Fengyang traditional sports are as follows:the historical and cultural backgrounds of Fengyang regions are different,the northern humanistic culture,the southern natural culture and the eastern red culture,so the cultural flavor of the regional traditional sports is obvious;The economic level of each region is different.The northeast relies on industrial parks,tourism and other economic conditions,and traditional sports activities are rich and varied.Fengyang is close to Huaihe River in the north and mountainous and hilly in the south.The geographical environment of the region also promotes the development of traditional sports to a certain extentTo sum up,through the analysis of the development stage and.regional characteristics of Anhui Fengyang traditional sports in the local chronicles,the following suggestions are obtained:first,to carry out sports activities according to local conditions and material system,to actively implement relevant national sports policies,to make full use of existing resources,and to strive for Fengyang characteristic traditional sports;Second,breaking the traditional thinking,developing the traditional sports industry chain and promoting economy by sports,we should believe that Fengyang’s past is not accidental,and Fengyang’s future has infinite possibilities.Third,with the help of the school platform,develop
