Table tennis is one of the favorite sports of high school students and it is very common.High school students actively participate in table tennis in the physical education classroom,which enables students to master table tennis skills,improve interpersonal skills,improve the cardiovascular system,promote comprehensive physical and mental development,and establish lifelong sports awareness.In the current high school table tennis elective course,due to the influence of venue.s,teacher-student ratio,teaching content,and time,the classroom teaching effect is not ideal.Improving the efficiency of table tennis classroom teaching has become one of the research hotspots.In order to find a more suitable teaching method under limited conditions and improve the effect of table tennis teaching,this study introduces GRTM(group rotation teaching method)in high school table tennis elective course to improve the existence of high school table tennis elective course.The problem.This research uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method to study.In order to study the teaching effect of GRTM,the teaching experiment has set up a first-in-one-round rotation class,and a first-in-two-sub-rotation class as two.One experimental group and one regular teaching class were used as the control group,and the data obtained from the experiment were subjected to differential statistical test.Concluded as follow:(1)The use of GRTM in the high school table tennis elective course solves the teaching dilemma of insufficient site conditions,which enables students to have more opportunities to practice,effectively promote the maximum development of students and enhance the teaching effect.(2)In the high school table tennis elective class,the interest rate of the group rotation is different from that of the other two groups.It is not only positive interest,sports participation,self-exploration,sports attention,but also negative interest.A sharp decline.(3)In the high school table tennis elective course,the group rotation is divided into the first group,the teaching group,the group rotation,the first group,the regular teaching group,the normal teaching group,the 50 meters running,standing long jump,endurance running,sitting body flexion The quality of the pull-ups and sit-ups have improved after the teaching experiment,but there is no difference.(4)In the high school table tennis elective class,the students in the group rotation and the first-in-coming group have improved their ping-pong skills and technical evaluations.Secondly,the rotation practice method of the first-in-coming-and-after-segment is slightly improved.(5)In the high school table tennis elective class,the group quality rotation is the highest in the classroom quality evaluation compared with the other two groups.From the classroom evaluation,the teaching method can be obtained before the class and the teaching plan is adequate,the organization form and method are appropriate,the exercise load and the exercise density are reasonable,and the effect is good.Suggestions are as follows:(1)The use of GRTM in the high school table tennis elective course is based on the proportion of the number of teachers and students in the school,the size of the venue,the number of table tennis tables and other factors to make reasonable adjustments to grouping and rotation teaching,and the teaching efficiency will be higher.(2)In the process of using GRTM in the high school table tennis elective course,it is necessary to arrange the teaching content reasonably,grasp the practice content of each group,and teach students according to their abilities according to the group,go deep into each classmate,and also grasp the rotation.time.(3)GRTM should pay attention to the selection and cultivation of sports backbones when used in high school table tennis elective courses.There are many groups in teaching and different teaching contents.It is necessary to select and train sports backbones to assist classroom management and improve teaching efficiency.
