With the development of regional economy and the upgrading of industrial structure in our country,occupational changes are more frequent,and the demand for talents is constantly changing,which puts forward new requirements for the development of Vocational Education in our country.Vocational education for deaf students,as an important part of vocational education for the disabled in China,has made good progress in recent years,but there are still many problems.In order to improve the quality of vocational education for deaf students in an all-round way,it is necessary to keep pace with the times,innovate the vocational education mode for deaf students,and inject new vitality into the improvement of employment ability of deaf students in China.On the basis of consulting relevant documents and materials,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with relevant managers,teachers and students of vocational education for deaf students in W school by means of interviews,and participates in the implementation of vocational education for deaf students in W school on the spot.It makes an analysis and Discussion on the educational objectives,curriculum settings and Curriculum implementation of vocational education for deaf students in W school.Firstly,the setting of vocational education objectives is discussed.On the one hand,according to the physical and mental characteristics and needs of deaf students in different stages,three objectives,namely,vocational literacy,vocational skills and vocational integration,are set up,which are integrated and penetrated into each other.Secondly,in the curriculum design of Vocational education,the curriculum is rich in content,attaches importance to the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,pays attention to the curriculum convergence between different segments and fully meets the local market demand.Finally,in the implementation of Vocational education:first,the use of community activities to enhance the interest and practicality of the curriculum,and inspire students’professional thinking.The second is to build a smart e-commerce platform,which links vocational education curriculum with e-commerce practice and operation,integrates teaching,production,sales and professional experience,and comprehensively improves students’ comprehensive vocational ability.Thirdly,through close cooperation with ordinary vocational schools,we can set up satellite classes for vocational education of deaf students to create a good integration environment for special students and improve their vocational adaptability.However,at the same time,there are still some problems and challenges in the practice of vocational education for deaf students in W School,such as the difficulty in taking into account the individual differences of deaf students in terms of objectives,the limitations of professional settings in terms of content,and the insufficient depth of Put integration in the satellite classes of Vocational education.We can get some reflections and Enlightenments from W school’s vocational education model for deaf students:implementing stratified objectives,taking into account the characteristics of different levels of students;perfecting the professional settings of secondary vocational education for deaf students,enriching their career choices;creating a Multi-Cooperative vocational education integration environment to improve the employment adaptability of deaf students.
