In nowadays,teacher evaluation is a hot topic,promoting the improvement of education quality,and building a high-quality teaching team has become the focus of teacher evaluation reform in countries around the world.The Colorado State Model Evaluation System was created in such a context to provide policy texts for the state's evaluation teachers.The evaluation system was established through long-term pilot practice to ensure that each student has a high-quality teacher and provides a “Model”for each school district in the state to ensure the scientific implementation of Colorado teacher evaluation.This study focuses on the evaluation system of American primary and secondary school teachers,and analyzes the model evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers in Colorado.The evaluation system was established in 2011 and has undergone a five-year pilot test.During this period,designers have continuously improved the system.Colorado's education administrators revisited the system in2018 to enable it to become a higher-level measure,the 2018 teacher demonstration evaluation system?Enumerated CO Teacher Rubric 2018-19 Final?.The emergence and development of the US primary and secondary school teacher evaluation system is the foundation of the Colorado teacher demonstration evaluation system.A detailed analysis of its development process can lay the foundation for the study of the Colorado teacher demonstration evaluation system.Therefore,the study is based on this.Understanding the background of the evaluation system is the most direct way to understand its ideas and goals.It is extremely necessary for the state's education and background research.The author has thoroughly explored the state situation based on the existing data,Then promote the research on the teacher evaluation system: after a pilot test,The demonstration evaluation system for primary and secondary school teachers in Colorado has been revised to form a more scientific and perfect version.The structure and framework of the evaluation system are analyzed.It is found that the latest revision has made major changes.In the demonstration evaluation system of primary and secondary school teachers in Colorado,the quality of teachers was divided into two dimensions and six standards.After revision,it became two dimensions and five standards.The author conducted an in-depth analysis of the changes and causes of the revision.Finally,taking the teacher professional development theory put forward by Mr.Ye Lan as the analytical framework,explore the compatibility of the evaluation system with relevant theories in China,and provide suggestions for the reform of teacher evaluation in China: 1.Establish “demonstration” standards and strengthen the external norms of teacher evaluation.2.Emphasis on the evaluation of teacher evaluation literacy,scientific classroom evaluation;3.Scientifically set the evaluation level to promote the steady improvement of education quality;4.Rationally use the evaluation results to give play to the true role of teacher evaluation.
