Table tennis,as a sport with a very high popularity rate,should give full play to the characteristics of the project itself.In the teaching practice of table tennis in middle schools,in order to achieve the best teaching effect,auxiliary equipment plays a role as a bridge.It can make students fast entry,easy to master the technology,while reducing the training difficulty,especially for beginners,in the study of table tennis technology will inevitably encounter all kinds of difficulties,the traditional class mode class time is limited,in the limited time students can not master the technology.In this paper,through the use of national utility model patent product "singles table" for the experimental equipment,using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method for studying the table tennis teaching experiment,verify the role of auxiliary equipment’s singles table tennis teaching in middle school,which makes the teaching effect to get twice the result with half the effort.Before and after the experiment,the primary technology of table tennis,overall teaching effect,students’ learning interest and after-class learning situation were tested and compared,so as to objectively explain the teaching effect of the single table tennis and provide a feasible basis for the next step of school teaching and the promotion of the single table tennis.The main conclusions are as follows:1 School use singles table auxiliary teaching can improve teaching effect,undertake to the student a semester teaching experiment,through the experimental group and control group comparison and analysis of experimental data that "singles table" auxiliary teaching can effectively improve the learning effect of middle school students’ table tennis technology,including forehand attack,backhand block with significant(P < 0.05),shows that using the singles table auxiliary teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method.2 Through the experiment,two classes of students physical quality have some improved,the experimental group students per unit time and practice times higher than the control group,exercises in class density so experimental group students standing long jump and 50 meters(P < 0.05)significantly higher than control group,the use of singles table auxiliary teaching students’ body quality should be superior to the traditional table tennis teaching.3 Through expert interviews,experts on singles table auxiliary teaching cognitive level is good,the questionnaire are as the following students through the teaching experiment to the singles table auxiliary teaching cognitive level is good,to the singles table auxiliary teaching awareness is higher,the characteristics of that singles table auxiliary teaching method is feasible,has certain practice significance4 Through the singles table auxiliary teaching to improve the students’ interest in learning table tennis,the students’ interest degree is strong,high satisfaction is high,the learning efficiency liberated the students nature and the burden of teachers,change the traditional teaching means,increase the innovation of teachers’ teaching methods and students’ learning methods,study laid the foundation for table tennis in the high school students.
