In the teaching process of participatory teaching,the students are the “masters” of the classroom.The teachers assist the students to realize the fun of active learning,and the students work together to discuss the completion of teaching tasks.The various characteristics of the participatory teaching mode are subversive changes to the traditional Chinese teaching mode,which is in line with the needs of China’s current reform of education curriculum and teaching mode.In 2010,《 the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)》clearly stated that talent training should focus on combining learning and thinking,and advocate heuristic,inquiry,talkative,and participatory teaching to help students learn.Through the literature material method,interview investigation method and logic analysis of the emergence and development of participatory teaching mode,the guiding ideology and theory,and participatory teaching mode of theoretical and practical significance to probe into the aspects of research,according to the theoretical research foundation contact education teaching practice,the participatory teaching mode applied to sports departments in golf teaching.For research purpose and task design and teaching experiment,in order to fasten the hebei institute of environmental engineering professional sports G171 social class(19 boys and girls 7)and G172 class(boy 16 people,a girl 6)a total of two class 48 people teaching subjects,control of participatory teaching mode and the traditional "pass-accept" teaching model as the only variable,through professional and technical grades of students and the learning interest,learning initiative and application in many aspects,such as a series of teaching satisfaction questionnaire,measuring scale,test to further provide detailed and reliable data for this study,data are preliminarily classified and sorted by Excle2007.SPSS22.0 and other statistical applications were used for further in-depth analysis and processing,data description statistics are expressed in the form of "arithmetic mean standard deviation(?X±SD)",1-sample k-s Test was used to verify whether it conforms to the normal distribution,and Independent Sample t Test and mann-whitney Test were used to Test its significance.Through literature review analysis,expert interview survey and data comparative analysis the following conclusions are obtained: First,the participatory teaching mode is in the physical education institute.The school golf special teaching is effective,it can be promoted and developed;Second,the participatory teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching mode,and the students are more excellent in positive learning psychology and special achievements;Third,the application of the participatory teaching model needs to be targeted,fully understand the students,and accurately grasp the needs of students.
