According to the theory by T.M.Amabile,the theory holds that the internal motivation and external motivation of individuals can affect the related skills of individual creativity,then affect the level of creativity.Meanwhile,T.M.Amabile also emphasizes that the organizational environment can directly affect the internal motivation and integrate the external motivation,then affect the creativity of the individual in the organization.Inspired by this,this study applies this theory to the organization of schools.Subsequently,I read a large number of literature and found that there is few research about primary school science teacher in China,and the research on creativity of primary school science teachers is relatively scarce.Therefore,I put forward the question:Is primary school science teachers' creativity can influenced by teachers' teaching motivation and school innovation atmosphere?What factors affect teachers' teaching motivation and school innovation atmosphere?What are the mechanisms by which they work together?The questionnaire includes: participant information questionnaire ? Creativity Scale ? Climate for Innovation Scales and The Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers Teaching.Date analysis tools are used to examine the relationship of creativity of primary school science teachers,the motivation of teaching and the factors that can influence the atmosphere of organizational innovation.The results show that in terms of teachers' own factors: 1)In the aspect of gender,there is no significant difference in the school innovation atmosphere,teachers' teaching motivation and creativity;2)In the aspect age of science teachers,there is no significant difference in school innovation atmosphere,teachers' teaching motivation and creativity;3)In the aspect of academic qualification,there is a significant positive correlation with teachers' intrinsic motivation,but there is no significant difference in other aspects.4)In the aspect of teaching age of science teachers,there are significant differences in teachers' motivation and creativity.In the terms of school,there is a significant difference in the dimensions of public school and private school,but there is no significant difference in the size of the different schools.Data analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the dimension of resource allocation?the dimension of external motivation and the dimension of creativity.And the innovation support and intrinsic motivation of school innovation atmosphere also have a positive effect on creativity.Based on this,this study puts forward the following suggestions: firstly,in the aspect of age,while school need to cultivating the creativity of science teachers,it can mainly improve the male teachers' perception of schools' innovation atmosphere,pay attention to the motivation of the male teachers,focus on cultivating the creativity of male teachers;Secondly,in the aspect of teaching age,we should pay attention to the cultivation new teachers;thirdly,in the aspect of academic background,we should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers' motivation and innovation;Fourth,in the aspect of teaching age,we should pay attention to the cultivation the teacher that have of 3 years to 5 years' teaching age;finally,in the aspect of schools,we should reform teaching equipment,encourage support for innovation,increase schools' tolerance innovation and freedom.
