Textbooks are the carrier of courses and the main resource for teachers and students to carry out teaching activities.As one of the main parts of textbook use,teachers need to transfer the curriculum value of textbooks to students.Teachers' understanding and use level of the curriculum value carried by textbooks are directly related to the quality of curriculum implementation and teaching effect.In other words,teachers with good teaching effect generally have a deeper understanding and application of the value of textbooks.Compared with foreign countries,at present,domestic research on this aspect started late and few research results,so the research on teachers' use of textbooks is particularly important.From the perspective of teachers' teaching,this study investigates the use of textbooks by primary school mathematics teachers,analyzes the overall situation of their use of textbooks,and on this basis,puts forward several suggestions to improve the use of textbooks by primary school mathematics teachers.The methods used in this study include literature research,questionnaire survey,classroom observation and interview.First of all,with the aid of Kong Fanzhe build "textbook with horizontal model",constructs the analysis framework of this study,from the four aspects of textbook using and seven dimensions design and preparation of the questionnaire,investigates the use of textbooks by mathematics teachers in 10 primary schools in X district of Shanghai,and analyzes the overall situation of the use of textbooks by 108 mathematics teachers involved in the survey.The investigation shows that most teachers agree with the value and function of textbooks,familiar with the content and arrangement of textbooks,fully consider students' knowledge level in lesson preparation,and can flexibly adjust the content of textbooks in teaching.However,only a small number of teachers can use the curriculum standards for teaching services,and teachers generally lack the reflective consciousness of the effect of using textbooks.Secondly,three mathematics teachers of the primary school where the author is an intern were selected as cases to obtain the level of using textbooks of the three teachers through classroom observation and interview.Finally,the author summarizes some problems existing in the use of textbooks by teachers,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.First,teachers should pay attention to and study the curriculum standards;Second,teachers should bereasonable to use various courses and teaching resources;Third,fully respect students' autonomy in class and guide students to explore independently;Fourth,improve the teaching reflective consciousness of mathematics teachers and criticize textbooks reasonably.
