Chinese myths and legends are the source of Chinese traditional culture.The unique ideas reflected by them are the loyal entities of the original ancestors’ thinking mode,world outlook and life view.They are the crystallization of human thoughts and wisdom inherited,and they have the inheritance of traditional culture.Natural advantage.In the depths of each person’s heart,they are closely related to the most primitive cultural lifeline of the nation.Therefore,the inheritance of traditional culture cannot be separated from the efforts of every member.Especially the children in the critical period of national culture should also pay attention to it.Cognition and inheritance of national culture.As a cultural treasure of our nation,we must pay attention to it,use it,and develop it.This study attempts to combine Chinese myths and legends with kindergarten traditional culture education.Based on the problems existing in the application of Chinese myths and legends to the traditional culture education of kindergartens,this paper proposes a practical and feasible educational strategy that conforms to the laws of children’s physical and mental development.It provides the dual enlightenment and guiding significance of the theory and practice for kindergarten traditional cultural education activities,making myths and legends an effective carrier for the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture in kindergartens,in order to activate the “Chinese traditional culture genes” in young children.This study consists of four main parts:The first part elaborates the reason of the research topic and combs the relevant literature.On this basis,it discusses the purpose and significance of the research in detail,determines the research ideas and methods,and lays the foundation for the next research.The second part is an overview of Chinese myths and legends and kindergarten traditional culture education.It defines the concepts of myths,legends and kindergarten traditional culture education,and analyzes the unique value of Chinese myths and legends applied to kindergarten traditional culture education to demonstrate China.The connection between myths and legends and education proves that myths and legends are highly researchable in the field of education.The third part is mainly based on the problems and causes of kindergarten traditional culture education based on Chinese myths and legends.From the lack of teachers’ conscious consciousness of applying myths and legends to traditional culture education,the positioning of kindergarten traditional cultural education objectives is not comprehensive,teachers have difficulty in selecting the content of myths and legends,and the organization and implementation of kindergarten traditional cultural education activities are unreasonable.The fourth part is based on the Chinese mythology and legendary kindergarten traditionalcultural education countermeasures.In response to the problems found in the analysis,from enhancing the ability of teachers to use myths and legends to carry out kindergarten traditional cultural education,to improve the comprehensive orientation of kindergarten traditional cultural education,to improve the scientific selection of mythological and legendary reading content,and to strengthen the organization and implementation of kindergarten traditional cultural education activities.The corresponding aspects of effectiveness are proposed in four aspects,in order to promote the effective application of Chinese myths and legends in the traditional culture education of kindergartens.
