"One hundred years of planning,education-oriented",physical education as an important part of the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,and artistic education advocated by quality education plays a vital role in cultivating students' strong physical and healthy personality.However,in today's fast-developing society,there are certain problems in both the physical health of students and the mental health of students.Problems such as insufficient exercise and obesity cause students' physical health to decline,complex social environment and heavy learning pressure.The problem increases the ratio of students suffering from psychological problems such as anxiety and depression.Faced with severe forms and problems,finding effective ways to improve students' physical health and mental health development has become a major problem.This study mainly uses five research methods,such as questionnaire survey and physical fitness test,to conduct a survey on the fifth grade students of Beijing Xuanwu Huimin Primary School and Beijing Experimental School(Haidian),and to explore the physical health status of fifth grade primary school students(through BMI,lung capacity,50-meter running,sitting body flexion,one-minute skipping,one-minute sit-ups,50×8 fold back to seven indicators)and self-efficacy(general self-efficacy and learning self-efficacy),Using descriptive statistical analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression for data processing,the following results were obtained:1.The general self-efficacy and self-efficacy of boys and girls are above the middle level;among them,the general self-efficacy of boys is higher than that,of girls,and the self-efficacy of girls is higher than that of boys;2.The physical health of boys and girls is in a general state,the overall level of girls is slightly higher than that of boys;for body form,boys and girls generally have problems of low body weight,overweight or obesity;for bodily functions,compared with other indicators The performance is better;for the physical quality,the physical quality of male and female students is in a state of pass,among which 50 meters and 50×8 fold returning boys and girls are showing low level,sitting body flexion and one minute skipping girls Better than boys,sit-ups are balanced between boys and gir-ls;3.In terms of body shape,there is no relationship between male and female BMI and general self-efficacy and self-efficacy.There is no correlation between the two.In terms of physical function,male and female vital capacity and general self-efficacy and learning self-efficacy do not exist.There is no correlation between any relationship;in terms of physical fitness,boys'self-efficacy and general self-efficacy have an impact on 50-meter running,one-minute skipping,one-minute sit-up,and 50×8-fold return.50×8 fold back runs will also have an impact on learning self-efficacy;girls' self-efficacy has an impact on the five indicators of physical fitness.Conversely,a one-minute skipping will also have an impact on learning self-efficacy.Based on the analysis of the research results and the support of relevant research conclusions,the following conclusions are finally drawn:1.The general self-efficacy and self-efficacy of boys and girls are above the medium level;2.The physical and mental health of boys and girls is in a general state,and there are problems such as low body weight,overweight,obesity,speed quality,and low development of endurance quality;3.Boys and girls have no relationship with general self-efficacy and self-efficacy in terms of body shape and body function,and interact with physical quality.Boys learn self-efficacy and general self-efficacy for 50 meters and one minute skipping.One-minute sit-ups and 50×8 folds have an effect.On the contrary,50×8 fold back runs have an impact on learning self-efficacy.Girls'self-efficacy has an impact on five indicators of physical fitness.Conversely,one minute skipping It has an impact on girls'self-efficacy.
