| Poverty is a complex social phenomenon that has long existed in human society.It includes both income poverty under absolute poverty and development poverty and capacity poverty under relative poverty.Affected by family economic factors,poor college students lack the necessary material support in the fields of study,life and development,and often face economic,academic,psychological,ability,emotional and other difficulties.In recent years,universities have increased their funding for poor college students,and the funding system has been gradually improved.However,the ideological and political education of poor college students is not only an economic issue,but also involves ideological education,psychological counseling,acadenic assistance,employment guidance,and ability development.In the process of ideological and political education of impoverished college students,there is also a gap between educators and poor college students.Therefore,studying the ideological and political education problems and path of impoverished college students is the need to further enhance and optimize the ideological and political education of college students.There are still many problems in the ideological and political education of impoverished college students.First,neglecting ideological guidance and psychological counseling,neglecting to improve self-rescue ability,neglecting to examine ideological and moral qualities;second,the problem of "labeling" of poor college students is serious,and individual targeting is not strong;third,education content is not rich enough,and educational methods are not sufficiently diverse.The education method is not flexible enough.Fourth,the poor college students believe that the accuracy is not high enough,the funding is not big enough,the gap between the poor college students is large,and the ability training is not perfect;fifth,the insufficient number of work teams,the low comprehensive quality,and the performance appraisal system is not perfect.Sixth,the evaluation of ideological and political education for poor college students is not high,and its tracking feedback is not perfect.Aiming at the main problems in the ideological and political education of impoverished college students,we actively explored the path choices,continuously improved the effectiveness of ideological and political education for poor college students,and cultivated comprehensive talents with both ability and political ability to meet the needs of social development.The five principles of the principle of pertinence,the principle of practicability,the principle of classification,the principle of system,and the principle of equality should always be permeated throughout the ideological and political education of impoverished college students.Pay attention to the content and methods of education for poor college students.Strengthen the economic relief of poor college students and highlight the self-cultivation of poor college students.Attach importance to the construction of the ideological and political education work team and strengthen the construction of educational work mechanisms for poor college students. |
