Research On The Training Plan Of Undergraduate Talents In The Major Of "Ice And Snow Sports" In The New Era

In recent years,the research on talent training in colleges and universities has become a hot topic,and the "ice and snow sports" has become a hot topic in the current society.Under the background of this new era,the talent training of "ice and snow sports" is also widely concerned.In order to accelerate the pace of building a strong country with ice and snow and popularize the functions of ice and snow sports culture,tourism,fitness and entertainment,"ice and snow sports" will be added to our school in 2018.The establish of the major with the social development,the local construction and the service to the national snow and ice strategic development for the professional development of mission,ice and snow sports develop the basic theory,knowledge and special skills,high level at different levels of snow and ice project skills training,event organization and management,familiar with ice ice field equipment use and protection,to engage in ice and snow sports teaching,training and RACES,the management work of specialized personnel,and both the ice and snow sports culture disseminator.This paper mainly USES the methods of literature,expert interview,logic analysis and case study to study the current situation of the undergraduate talent training program of "ice and snow sports" major in Harbin institute of physical education,and comprehensively sort out its certain role in the process of talent training and a series of problems.Through the analysis of the problems,this paper explores the future development prospects of "ice and snow sports" professionals,and provides reference for related sports colleges and universities to cultivate "ice and snow sports" professional talents.Study found that the Harbin sports institute in ice and snow before the talent training scheme of implementation process has made some achievements,but there are teachers and students scientific research ability is weak,and lack of scientific spirit,comprehensive ability insufficiency,the personnel training and social alignment is not high,infrastructure construction and investment slightly insufficient,etc.In the future,the college needs to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of ice and snow sports.Encourage students to be specialized in graduate studies and enhance their awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship;In addition,it is necessary to continuously increase the investment in snow and ice facilities and improve the level of hardware facilities in colleges and universities.
