Research On The Development Path Of Harbin City Fitness Clubs Under Star Standards

With the continuous improvement of Harbin’s economic and cultural level,the increase of people’s demand for fitness has led to the rapid development of the fitness club industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of the club industry,there are also many problems,such as the operation and management of the fitness club,the reasonable use of the club’s human resources and other aspects,which restrict the reasonable development of the fitness club.If it cannot be solved,the development of the fitness club will not be reasonable and stable.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview and logical analysis,and through the reference analysis of star rating of fitness clubs,this paper makes a reasonable analysis of the development and construction of fitness clubs in Harbin,and provides corresponding suggestions and measures for the future development of fitness club industry to promote the healthy development of Harbin fitness industry.At present,after a period of rapid development,Harbin fitness clubs have relatively complete hardware facilities and little difference in soft power.The construction of Harbin fitness club management system is not perfect,the concept of management mode is old,the quality of club operators cannot be guaranteed,the continuing education of staff training is lacking,the development of staff is limited,the work is unstable,and the staff flow is large,resulting in a decline in service quality.It is hoped that through the research in this article,all health clubs in Harbin can begin to learn about the star rating of health clubs,promote the healthy development of health clubs in Harbin,provide more and better health services to the public,and also provide reasonable promotion and development space for the staff of health clubs,thus realizing the value of life.
