In 2014 the state council issued "about speed up the development of sports industry,promote the sports consumption of the several opinions will be as a green industry,sports industry sunrise industry support,and puts forward to the sports industry total more than $5 trillion in 2025,since then,the sports industry investment,much attention has been paid to start development situation is very rapidly,but there have been many problems,so in October 2016,issued by the general office of the state council" about speed up the development of fitness and leisure industry guidance ",explain the meaning of the fitness and leisure industry,The development status of the fitness and leisure industry is summarized and the future development direction of the fitness and leisure industry is planned.It plays a strong role in driving the economy and is conducive to the sustainable development of the economy and society.This study takes some fitness and leisure places in Harbin as the research object,takes the development path of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin as the object,and selects the development path of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin by using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Research shows that:(1)Practical significance for the development of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin: the fitness and leisure industry can promote the development of the sports industry in Harbin and is conducive to the optimization of the industrial structure;It plays an important role in improving people’s quality of life and promoting social progress.Harbin fitness and leisure industry development stage can be divided into: the initial stage,development stage,mature stage,currently in the development stage.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the fitness and leisure places,fitness and leisure coaches and consumers,and analyzes the development status of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin from a micro perspective.(2)According to the development status of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin,it is proposed that: under the guiding ideology of the development path of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin,the development of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin should adhere to the principle of serving the urban development;Adhere to the market demand-oriented,market-oriented operation principle;Adhere to the principle of promoting the integrated development of the industry with the focus on fitness and leisure;Adhere to the fitness and leisure product development and ecological,cultural construction of the principle of synchronization.(3)SWOT analysis is carried out on the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin,and advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin are analyzed from a macro perspective.Advantages: superior natural and cultural conditions,abundant fitness and leisure resources,convenient water,land and air transportation,rapid development of tourism,driving the development of fitness and leisure industry,perfect sports infrastructure construction,solid mass sports foundation;Disadvantages: the economic development of Harbin is not balanced,the development environment of the fitness and leisure industry is in urgent need of improvement,the management talents are scarce,and the exit barriers of the industry are relatively high.Opportunities: Harbin has the policy support to develop the fitness and leisure industry,and the 2022 winter Olympics will bring opportunities to the development of Harbin sports industry.Threats: the competitive advantage of the core products of ice and snow sports declines,and there is competition from other industries.(4)Give countermeasures on the choice of the development path of the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin: stick to the development path of orderly division of labor and mutual help among the government,fitness and leisure enterprises and the market;Formulate scientific development strategy of fitness and leisure industry according to local conditions;Take advantage of regional advantages to provide all-round and multi-level fitness and leisure products and services;Based on the point-axis development theory,the fitness and leisure industry in Harbin is rationally planned.
