Abstract/Summary:
In school education,teachers’ behavior of punishment cannot be ignored.For elementary school students who are in the ignorant stage,we should not only care and love them,but also let them know right and wrong.Therefore,punishment is essential.Punishment is a common way for teachers to correct students’ wrong behaviors.Polarization exists in the front line of primary education.Teachers do not know what kind of punishment is reasonable.Some teachers dare not punish their students,thus making education a indulgence.Mainly based on the questionnaire method,interview method,case analysis as auxiliary,the three primary school in shenyang as the research object,understand the elementary school teachers’ understanding of punishment behavior and application present situation,combining with parents and students,to explore what kind of punishment behavior and in their opinion,degree is both reasonable and accepted by teachers,parents and students.Combined with the views of teachers,students and parents,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions.
